Pod has threatened that I will get replaced (pressure goes off of him) ... and then a bit later he changes it to modkilled (hurts the town).
He's basically even said I'll be lucky to still be in this game after my actions.
A true townie would have encouraged me heavily to stay within the rules to avoid a modkill since as stated above.. it will hurt the faction i'm in.
He does no such thing because he knows the faction that gets hurt wouldn't be his.
There was no encouragement with pod.. he first says please stop and then says, your getting replaced and finally says you may be modkilled.
All he has done is constantly threatened me with mod actions.. even when he is not mod.

My attack on you is initially, the overly defensive(wasn't sure if I should have replaced that with kittens, apologies if it's offensive) from me attacking you. You then kittens and kittens repeatedly and kittens to the mod while also threatening me like you were the mod yourself. Speaking of that game... later on around day 3 or so, somebody was also insulting... very much so.. that he also got warned by the mod. Not only that but his insults were pretty cruel. Around end game he apologized if anyone was deeply offended, but also said that it was his style that he played by.

Actually it was to show that the action i took in this game (that you have said was a scumtell) was the same as what you did in that thread. The difference is that in that game, the person honored the request and it ended... in this game, you didn't, and we have ended up with all of this.

Because in my recent games, where I've felt strongly that someone was scum for one reason or another, even when I have said I want someone lynched, I've been overall ignored. A prime example being my 1010 game with Enigma. I'm tired of it and since I strongly feel that pod is scum for reasons I have already stated and because of how I feel his actions are driven. I am asking this of you.

2 Things..
A. this is a pretty big threat (or if you want.. promise) to try to keep me in this game, of my 8 or 9 games or.. however many games I've played here I've never had this occur. I've only replaced in one game because I felt I really wasn't doing well and would cause my team to lose. I still don't see how the following effects of your threat would occur as how does this single one game that I'm not a fan of automatically change me to a bad player that should not be put in any games? (I'm not saying i'm an expert by any means but yeah.)
B. There's only two reasons I could see someone trying to keep me in this game this hard...
