Yes, but he first said that he voted for podium under the suspicion of him being quiet and flying under the radar. Then after he was pressured, he made up some excuse while you covered for him. I'm possibly seeing a scum team right here.

I don't think a scum would give such a bad reason for a vote.

Aww, D3k's gone? :(
Anyway
  • I disagree with that line of thought solely because it makes way for poor vote reasons simply because "scum wouldn't do that".

I was thinking that it was an early game distance because of the amount of attacking and the "ferocity" that was displayed, it seemed pretty fake to me.
Can you elaborate why it is fake? Using curse words and bringing the mod to the battle looks quite sincere to me.

i guess my question should be: why vote me, given your earlier comment that scum wouldn't make a fuss like i did?

I think this game is slow because there hasn't been a united opinion and everyone's been away for the most part.

I've never seen a votecount this even in a long while.

There have been multiple votecounts on every page.

There have only been 8 small posts (and no votes) since the last votecount.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the frequency of votecounts in this game.

I agree that there isn't really a uniting element at this time. If nothing big happens (doesn't feel like it's going to), people are going to have to think about moving to other candidates. i dont plan on moving to SB at this time. I could move to mishka, for the previously discussed issue, and for not really adding much to the game.

I still would rather see SS be the lynch... as he has been pretty blatantly active lurking.

Um... why do you think i'm complaining about the votecounts posted?

I said I've never seen a votecount this even in a long while. Meaning that since saturday, 4 people have had 2 votes on them each, thus the votecount is even.

oh... heh. i skimmed over it and didn't realize 'even' was referring to the 2v2v2 votecount. i thought you had written a nonsense sentence, meaning to say 'i've never even seen a votecount in a long while' or something like that...

kinda like 'i accidentally the whole thing' or 'has anyone even been so far as to go decided'.

i understand what you meant now.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

so, on a related note... are you set in stone with your vote on me? you still feel i am the top scumpick? if so, why.

Refresh my memory.

So far the only reason you have given (that i can recall) is your theory about me asking you not to call me names... and i still don't really understand why that was a scumtell.

your theory about me asking you not to call me names
You ask this once, then repeatedly threaten me not to use names and say I'm going to get replaced or some other form of punishment as if you yourself were the mod. You got tired of the pressure, thus you hid behind the mod. The mod ended up acting so you were successful in hiding behind the mod. I was forced to change and let up with the pressure thanks to mods actions.

Your threats to be specific included being replaced and punishment ala mod kill. You threatened these saying these as if you were the mod and more or less encouraging punishment or replacement. You know that either happening benefits you because a replacement probably would not continue pressuring you and a modkill helps you even more by making my team suffer horribly.

I think your vote is actually based off of personal reasons rather than scum-related reasons.

The reason i think so, is because i have repeatedly asked you what i am hiding from, or what pressure i am trying to relieve. I've asked you numerous times to bring a case.... and all you keep saying is 'oh you're hiding behind the mod'.

HIDING FROM WHAT?

I asked you to not name-call for the same reason you asked someone to not paraphrase your speech in a derogatory manner -- because it pissed me off. But you developed this wild theory and ran with it... and now you are a broken record, only giving this theory when asked why i should be lynched.

What you really mean is "i was forced to stop name calling, and since i didn't really have a case, i had to make up some crazy theory to get you lynched, because it pissed me off".

I mean seriously... "forced to let up with the pressure"... the only thing you were forced to let up with was name calling... which has absolutely no bearing on any pressure you might have been applying by debating me.

...unless you can't debate without calling people names.

Really?

your a joke lol

Your reaction was defensive, overly so that you acted as if you were the mod (again by making threats) yourself and tried forcing the mod to take action. Thus you are hiding behind the mod in a defense.

If you want to refuse to not listen to my case at all and feign idiocy once more be my guest.
What you really mean is "i was forced to stop name calling, and since i didn't really have a case, i had to make up some crazy theory to get you lynched, because it pissed me off".
Also digging that just and only now do you say that you feel that I'm pissed off and only want you lynched because you cried to the mod.

Just because you can put words together to form sentences, it doesn't automatically mean that they will make sense and are valid points.

All i did was ask you to not resort to name-calling... when you refused, i asked the mod to step in. Normal protocol. If you want to call that being 'overly defensive' and run with it as a reason to lynch me, then go ahead... but i doubt you will get many others to follow.

I'm beating my head against a wall trying to have a rational discussion with SB. If an outside party thinks that anything silverbullet has said is a valid point, i will be happy to discuss it.

I've asked you repeatedly what this 'pressure' was that i am hiding from, and you have only implied that it was the name-calling. So if you take the name calling out of the equation, there was nothing to 'hide' from. So if the only pressure you were putting on me was from the name-calling, and you can't cite anything else, then you are kinda lousy at debating/making cases.

Actually no, normal protocol would be the mod stepping in of his own accord.
You literally cried to the mod, this wasn't done in my first game that you read and it hasn't been done in any other games i've ever been in.
You immediately threatened me to be replaced or modkilled, and I have repeatedly told you that you did this because either action benefits you.

Also like that your theory that you proposed about why you want me lynched has all of a sudden dropped (I wonder why...) and that you repeatedly ask for third party involvement.
