Pod has threatened that I will get replaced (pressure goes off of him) ... and then a bit later he changes it to modkilled (hurts the town).
He's basically even said I'll be lucky to still be in this game after my actions.
A true townie would have encouraged me heavily to stay within the rules to avoid a modkill since as stated above.. it will hurt the faction i'm in.
He does no such thing because he knows the faction that gets hurt wouldn't be his.
There was no encouragement with pod.. he first says please stop and then says, your getting replaced and finally says you may be modkilled.
All he has done is constantly threatened me with mod actions.. even when he is not mod.

@Silverbullet: Your case holds little ground against Podium. From what I can see, you are saying Podium is scum because you "feel" so and because he was hiding behind the mod from your name calling? I DO NOT think that is anywhere near a scum tell. Your case is VERY weak. I appreciate your good intentions by putting yourself on the line fore a Podium lynch but if both of you are town, which is what I'm thinking at the moment, the results for town would be disastrous. At this point, you do not have enough evidence to convince others of your plight, so just stay around and keep an eye on Podium. If you manage to obtain more solid evidence that he is scum, I'd be glad to follow your case.
@Podium: Stop pouring oil into the fire. You don't have to respond to AtE with AtE.
@All Else: Look at Slowsilver's activity. There's been nothing but one liner and sheeping lynches and he's got everything to win by lurking on you guys. I assure you guys he knows to produce content, yet he is not doing so. Why? Because lurking is one of the best scum strategies around on a newbie games. Scums simply do not have to produce content, yet will be able to lay low because new people often make the mistake of looking only for scummy things said and failing to take into account of the comparative level of Scumminess/ Content Produced. I urge for a SlowSilver lynch today partly as a policy lynch in order to jumpstart the game from the lurkfest that's currently rotting the game.

I feel like his... what i'd call "nervous breakdown", gives all the more evidence. He's freaking out now that he's under more pressure. Look at his dramatic change in attitude. He's trying to say I'm lying and that scum lies so I must be scum... but where's his vote? I still think a pod lynch would give us much more info and be the better lynch vs a policy lynch than anything else, even if he were to somehow flip town (D2 would only be catastrophic if you guys quick lynch me day 2 and do nothing else, if you speak amongst each other than near deadline lynch me we'd end up with still a lot of info and be for the most part better off in the mylo situation (assuming both pod and I are town)).
