I think I am also a bit skeptical of the early town read because when we hydrad in that chef game, the one where we were the hydra, I think I remember you town reading a scum ffery pretty early day one. That read turned around day two, but I think if I'm remember correctly, you also have a tendency to get a strong town read there early regardless. So I guess I"m double squinting at you a bit. Like A are you over emphasizing a read you think you'd have if town and B if town do I trust your early read if I think you have a tendency to have that read regardless. I did a meta dive on him at a depth that would make ffery slap me for calling it a meta dive but Jake gets speedkilled regardless of alignment. The guy just cannot keep from getting dead by later than day 2 and I don't think the reasons he's LHF are AI for him

i have actually seen town players make that type of post in a game offsite, except it was a slightly different tenor, where they were concerned about a somewhat close-knit group meta-reading each other as town too easily (and they were right! one of the players in that circle was scum). but that was paranoia, this is actually more...complacency? like, "oh, someone will sort it out". which is maybe not the best approach but is it a guaranteed scumpost? idk

I mean it's one thing to inject that sort of sentiment and go "Hey x, y, z, I think you might be townreading w a little too easily" and then segue into some followup case/questions/interactions/interrogations/summoning servants but here, it just sits on a list of pointing at things going "hey, i might or might not disagree" and/or arguing with you

Rest of the days panned out as fairly expected. DiamondSentinel went down quickly, and with the remaining scum behind a mason claim, town was forced to execute a string of town players. If I were personally in the Pooky's position, I would have shot Alisae, to "prove" that the scum didn't know that the doc-lover claim was fake, and try to use that knowledge to survive the remaining game rounds while killing off the rest of the cops. Otherwise, you get penned in to an impossible situation of being unable to shoot the remaining cop as long as you were alive. (This situation also does not arise IF Tammy the last remaining cop was Paranoid or Naive, so this was a stroke of luck for town) I wonder if playing up the godfather angle would have worked? (this is something the endgame players can answer) Either way, Pooky ran out of room to maneuver and was eventually executed for the town win. Congratulations to DrippingGoofball for replacing in and making the game-winning execute for town! Thanks for playing it out to the end, Pooky!

I was considering killing Alisae but Tammy's distaste for "fake-claims" made it unlikely I would survive such a move.

I kept Alisae alive for two reasons, Alisae probably thought I was more town than anybody else in the remaining player group and I felt Alisae/Tammy/Pooky was a more winnable F3 than anything else.

DGB has more experience with me than others and was right to suspect that I was up to no good :3 by the time she replaced in I could not change course.

Overall this was an exhilarating game and a very fun dance - thanks to Alisae and the rest of the players =]

Esp to FakeGod who kept convincing me to never give up when things looked hopeless and lost and being a fantastic mod
