Generally, I read someone as somewhere on a sliding scale from confirmed scum to null to confirmed town. When someone is null at best, it means that treating them as 50% scum or 50% town is my most favorable interpretation of their posting.

I am not asserting anything about no case > bad case. I don't want to lynch Tiphaine because he is town. I don't particularly care about cases on him (unless they are good and change my mind) because I have a townread on him. I don't particularly care about finding a great case at this point in time: instead, I'm looking for a decent to good lynch.

See, this is the thing that bothers me so much about your slot. Are you townreading AceOfSpades? Why is he town? I'm townreading him and I have my reasons but as far as I'm concerned, you have provided none.

And yet you showed up at deadline with all your passion in full flow so you can save Ace and push a meh lynch of PV who you're not even reading as solid scum. Why wouldn't town-Nacho just let Ace get lynched? Is Ace SO much more town than PV? Do you think town will benefit from lynching a deadline lynch of your personal choice who is a null read as opposed to the one EVERYONE wants to lynch (Ace) who is also a null-read (apparently)? Skybird - When you replaced in, did you read the game first and then your neighborhood or how did you do that?

I can follow why Farside reads Cephrir as town. I do think that all the reasons she has him as town are things that are easily present in his scum games, but I don't think she knows that, or at least it doesn't seem like that, which makes it not feel fake. And she's reading him as town for the reasons that I've seen her town read people, so still leaning town there overall. I mean yeah I think she's town. I guess if this does turn out to be multiball, which I really think it is due to the schizophrenic posting today where it's hard to really settle on a scum read, or people are just protecting their neighbors or something, but I still like her whole thing about worrying that I would claim that my posts were nacho's as an excuse for things that didn't add up as me. (Which is kinda amusing because nacho posted something last night that sounds so similar to something I would post that I did a double take because I didn't remember posting

Okay I just looked at the vote counts and ace's vote counts as one, so it must be something that he enacts.

The point is if it doesn't show up that he, in particular, is double...if it's just vague, the fact that he outed that he has a double vote looks really town because he could have held on to that to double vote a wagon and cause confusion.

Also, this is something I think that his scum buddies would have had him clarify.
