Tierce has claimed to be Rolf, and knows that if she meets up with Oscar and Boyd, something will happen.

I have claimed to be seeking at least one player. I have requested that someone from BEGNION, SERENES, and GOLDOA claim their countries for me. If you are in one of those countries, please say so.

Finally, most of the town seems to want to lynch among LURKERS/DERPPLAYERS. Pay attention to Oman (being replaced), Haze/AvengingAngel (being replaced), Nexus.... And please do me a personal favor and look over DDD and Gammagooey.

Also, note that Implosion and Shmugen died as scum already. Please ISO them, and keep those names in mind while you read other people.

Finally, there is some type of day kill mechanic related to the blue numbers in the Vote Counts. So far an obvious protown player died D1, at

The problem with your "confirmable result," DDD, is that if you're scum, there's like a 90% chance you know -- at the very least -- who I'm looking for, and can easily infer my country without any additional information. Nobody in the game from Goldoa has come forward, and there's zero doubt in my mind now that Prince Kurthnaga is scum. LLD, feel free to consider any future Goldoa result (other than me) as being definite scum.

That said, even if you are a country cop, there's no guarantee of your alignment, and your play hasn't sat well with me.

I'm going to seek clarification on the added defense/protection I got while I was stoned. I'm also going to check on something else.


But given that I am seeking an anti-town role, and there are two claimed Country Cops, I'm fairly certain tat one of {DDD, LLD, Glork} is the play. I am of two minds regarding the daykills. Most likely, I think it's a game mechanic which encourages the players to lynch within 2-3 weeks despite the lack of a deadline. However, I have not ruled out the possibility of a Resistance member, or another third-party role, being responsible for the daykills. (Of those two, I find third-party to be more likely.)

My role PM indicates that I need to stop Kurth from becomong a killer. At first, I assumed he was a protown role, who would kill uncontrollably after a certain point in the game. Now, he's pretty much guaranteed to be

kind of anti-town role. The question is, whether he can be saved/converted/changed to being protown, or whether my "finding" him will merely result in him dying/leaving/etc.

For this reason, I think that Toasty is scum.

Also keep in mind that GreyICE, one who was not above suspicion, made the kill on n4. This means that our last one/two scum probably isn't included in our list of 'confirmed town,' because in that case, that person would have made the kill instead of Grey. Using this logic, we can clear people like Gammagooey, who definitely would have sent in the kill instead of GreyICE if he were scum.
This also plays into my theory of Toasty-scum.

How does "other scum not on the confirmed town" play into your Toasty-scum theory? There was barely any impetus against Toasty at the end of D4. Virtually none. I would definitely have had Toasty make the kill over Grey N4.

1) Missing Dupe's kill N2. Not sure that's relevant, though. That night, LLD confirmed being blocked, so there's no chance that Toasty scumblocked Dupe.

3) Tammy, was there any flavor regarding your Duck Out ability -- either the ability itself, or how you obtained it? Can you paraphrase (please check with mod so as to avoid a modkill) what flavor you *do* have for your role/character? Did you have any abilities before Shmugen died?
4) Obviously, missing a kill N5. As far as I can tell, TSH is a bodyguard, not a doctor, and his ability wasn't working by then anyway. Tammy -- did you take an action N5? That is literally the only other reason I could see the kill being stopped, as nobody else has come forward with a possible explanation.
5) TSH -- you knew that Sanaki was someone you could have hypothetically protected, even though you were unable to due to Chaos. Is there still another living charater you couuld hypothetically protect? Just a Y/N is fine.
6) I already said it a little bit ago, but it seems very likely that the scums have at most two more people left to kill. I'm almost positive this has to do with TSH losing his power.

Toasty... is probably a good lynch option if Tammy didn't commute N5, and somebody doesn't come forward with why the kill went missing N5.

PEDIT For Tammy/Singer: Tierce doesn't have the personality to fake-cray-cray. Some people can, and some just can't. She doesn't have the personality and isn't a strong enough player to do it, from my past experiences playing/reading her. It's not *just* the stuff D1, but her behavioral tells just don't fit what I've seen from TierceScum, and they do fit with what I've seen from TierceTown. I might delve into meta later, but I'm still turned off by the indignant stupidity being shown over people with terrible attitudes fighting each other, and not sticking to finding scum. (And yes, I realize this is a bit hypocritical, but I am 100% business when a game is on the line, and the game is almost certainly on the line right now.)
Also, TierceScum's reaction to dying wouldn't be that intense, because she'd know that the moment she flipped scum she'd be disregarded. Unless she was scum AND knew the kill was fake, she wouldn't ahve reacted that way.

By the way, what you're accusing me of being scum for doing is something I do all the time in endgame. You expand your bubble to include all setup/role/scum/interaction possibilities, and then through some combination of behavioral play and role/setup/mechanics knowledge, weed out the least likely possibilities. I've done it for years. It works. And yes, it leads to me temporarily questioning things that may have seemed obvious before and/or after the fact, but if you seriously have THIS much of an issue with someone bringing up the POSSIBILITY of you being scum that you're going to flip a complete shit on me, you should probably rethink whether mafia is the right game for you.

I was going to say, it sounds like your "wild conspiracy theory" involves:
1) Grey electing to use his ability on me, rather than on an information role which could potentially ruin me/us.
2) Me bringing up Tammy scum and then rejecting it through my own analysis and becoming one of Tammy's staunchest supporters on a day where I know I will be unable to kill her the following night.
3) The afore-mentioned me/Grey electing to have him make the kill N4 rather than me, whose only "suspicion" at that point came from a dying Spyre's also-admittedly-wild-paranoia
4) Me claiming to seek a player D1 with zero knowledge of game mechanics *other* than the scum win condition (and possible scum roles?)
5) Grey choosing to Glare me after being outed as scum knowing full well that if I'm his only remaining scumbuddy, he would be taking away one of our precious nightkill opportunities for knocking off Tammy/Alch.
5a) Grey choosing to Glare me with another scumbuddy, in which case the missing N5 kill STILL cannot have been attributed to my being turned to stone.

Also, Gamma, you're suffering from bias from the knowledge that Alch was in fact a role blocker. While he specifically might have suspected me more than Grey, Grey was at least moderately high on MUCH more players' lists. No, he didn't have a wagon on him, but the general sentiment was that he was more likely to be scum than me, and when choosing a nightkill, that's the most important thing.

Grey was being railed, and the moment I said I had almos-positively identified a scum role name, his ability to claim Nailah and get away with it vanished. He Glared me because I was an immediate threat to his very survival.

4) if i remember correctly you claimed it right after tierce mistakenly claimed she was searching for someone, and if your claim had matched up more with hers then you'd probably have become obvtown in a ton of people's eyes for claiming that mechanic early (which you pretty much did even though i'm pretty sure you're the only person in the entire game claiming to be looking for someone except for in flavor)

See if you actually read Alch's posts, you'd understand that his posting is disingenuous as fuck, so reading anything he's not actively pursuing should be taken with a grain of salt. This is, of course, the guy who championed Oversoul's play after it got him killed and accomplished virtually nothing.

But let's be completely frank. Do you want to know the

He had a day ability.

That's it. Whether his scumbuddies are RBs, country cops, seekers, or whatever else, they're more likely to have to act at night like most roles do. Grey could use his ability during the day, allowing him to kill at night and freeing up his crew to maximize their utility.

I don't know why nobody has been able to come to this conclusion, but I've been waiting for anyone to show a shred of common sense regarding this issue, and it hasn't been happening.




PEdit: Nailah was only a scumclaim AFTER he used the ability in a blatantly anti-town manner. Alchemist even listed Nailah on his potential targets / list of characters who should never be lynched. The point is, if Grey felt I knew Nailah was a scum role, and NOT a "confirmed town leader/target," then his only recourse is to use the ability, And using it on the guy who just said "I know a scum role name and a bunch of people who are not said scum-role-name" makes sense. Unlike your crazy "let me stone my buddy for WIFOM rather than making a strategically useful decision, you have zero understanding of either of our play.
