Near the tall and majestic Mount Excitement, there is a small village. The fun-loving citizens of the town love their homes, and new and exciting things are always happening. But something even excitinger is about! Rumors have it that members of the Fun-Killing Mafia are about, ready to ruin things for everyone.

The town council, made up of seven members, has gathered to try to hunt down the Mafia before they take out everyone. Unfortunately, the Mafia has gotten to two people on the council. If the council can eliminate the Mafia from its own ranks, then the town can be saved!

Roles

There are four possible setups for this game, and some scenarios are more likely than others:

a) 2 mafia, 1 cop, 1 doc, 3 townies
b) 2 mafia, 1 cop, 4 townies
c) 2 mafia, 1 doc, 4 townies
d) 2 mafia, 5 townies

Two people have received the

Mafia

role:

You are a member of the mafia, along with (name). Each night, you will discuss with your partner who to kill, and either of you should send me your choice. At any time, day or night, you may talk with your mafia partner privately. You win the game when the mafia outnumbers the town.

Please note that this is a variation from the usual Mafia rules. Most games do not allow the Mafia to talk privately, except during the Night.

One or zero players have received the

Cop

role:

You are the cop. Every "night", send me a PM with another player's name. I will tell you if that person is "innocent" or "guilty". You win the game when the mafia are dead.

One or zero players have received the

Doctor

role:

You are the doctor. Every "night", send me a PM with another player's name. That person will be protected if the mafia tries to kill that player. You cannot protect yourself. You win the game when the mafia are dead.

Anyone who didn't receive one of the above PMs will receive the

Townie

role:

You are a townie. All you have is your wits and your vote; use them both wisely. You win the game when the mafia are dead.

Game Rules

Joubert I dunno if it is better than Happiest Sadist's random vote, it is still a vote for me should I be afraid?

It was the same randomness as usual. If someone ends up voting for you non-randomly and put you at lynch -1, then yes, you should start worrying and talk your way out. As for now, nothing serious. Yet, my random vote could have fallen on Happiest Sadist or Dark Lady, and this would put him or her in an uncomfortable position...

At first glance, I would vote No Lynch at the beginning, since we have absolutely no clue, but it seems like it's normal practice to random vote until we get some more information...
