I think infecting Rosso Carne on day 1 is too much a risk for the town to take because this is an unusual game, so no, I wouldn't vote for him. If it were normal mafia, I would have no qualm to vote for someone who vote for themselves though.

So what? If you are infected, you are dead. If you actually voiced reasons for suspecting others, then we'd be able to kill them off instead of you.

This is not an usual game, an infected townie do not only die, they also gain the power of deciding who to get rid of next. It is best to lynch scum of course, but it isn't exactly bad to infect a vanilla townie such as myself as town will get a leverage they did not priorly have, especially given the uncertainty of the moment due to this being day 1. Seeing that I find it strange that you keep harping me on my suspicions and do not see them for what they are.

Something I want to point out.

The 'democracy' to 'autocracy' bit is crap, town needs to see that right now.

a) Whether we like it or not, this game is about autocracy, day one is only a brief respite.

b) Concept such as 'good tyrant' exists, having a good absolute ruler presents advantages and certainly leverage. Not wanting to make the best out of it would be dim.

If you have motives to suspect me, state them so I can respond. I tried to scumhunt, I tried figure out the ghost thing and the vaccine thing. I'm not apathetic and I feel like I'm the only one genuinely intrigued and amused by the happenings.

Anyway, back to the vaccine business.

Existence of the vaccine has been confirmed by UA's cardflip and the mod. Since nothing bad has happened to me yet, and since DoS and dahen seem genuinely clueless as to how to acquire the vaccine, I'm inclined to believe they don't have nefarious motives.

And since vaccine sounds like a good thing, I'm gonna try the following but you all are expressively forbidden to make fun of me if it doesn't work.

dahen, I spotted the inconsistency. That's way I asked DGB to describe what would happen if she dayvig someone. She never did properly answer that question.

Anyway, I think town won no matter what at this point, unless there is some deus ex machina surprise game mechanic/role.

I've seen game where mason groups had a scum amongst them. In that configuration, it is only logical for the scum to claim alongside the other masons.

The dahen thing was a test, I haven't actually reached any decision yet, here is what I'm really thinking.

Confirmed poweroles:
- town martyr
- neutral survivor
- town weakling

Alive:
- day kill power - claimed oneshot vig
- 2 masons - both claimed town
- me, vanilla scientist

Conclusion: if DGB were the only scum, the game would be frigging unbalanced, and even if it was the case, me not infecting her at this point wouldn't lose the game as the next person can still do it.

Now,

I hope I made the right choice. I strongly suspect a two remaining scum with one member being DGB but I already explained why I'm not infecting her. She is being pushing really hard agains dahen, I doubt she would have been clairvoyant enough to have thought of reverse psychology while doing that; I also doubt the FoS on DoS was 'reversed-reverse' psychology.

In any case, if DoS is not scum and the game hasn't ended by then, he should probably infect DGB.

Let's see.

Man, I hate losing. At least I didn't infect DGB. DoS, the truth now, did you write 'antidote' thinking it looked more innocent than vaccine?

But yeah, we should have tested one of the mason earlier.
