Sorry I'm here. Got my prod.

Yeah basically I'm a little out of touch in most of my games recently. I'll be able to turn that around Monday, but until then I'll basically be in and out. Sorry about that. I trust nothing too important will happen until then.

Received a prod. I haven't been able to keep up with these games recently, but I'd rather not be replaced as finding 8 replacements is a pain in the ass, and I expect to be back up and running soon. If my inactivity becomes a huge problem, replace me if needed.

klopyrev wrote:Hmm... after not being here for several days, I find AmeliaLi at -1. That's interesting. I still have no opinion what-so-ever, but I feel like I should withdraw my vote not wanting to lynch a townie just trying to defend herself. However, I feel that AmeliaLi is the best candidate right now for scum, so I'm just going to keep it as it is. Wasn't this post completely pointless?
Admittedly I'm not watching the thread very carefully these days, but this post is just too shady to let pass.

I've seen newbies post like this because they're
worried
about lynching a townie, but this looks like a newbie who somehow KNOWS he's about to lynch a townie.

I'll read back over the case for Amelia. I by no means wish to ignore it.

Clearly no one's jumping on the Klop wagon.

I don't like this post AT ALL. To me it's very scummy to say "I won't vote for person X, despite others doing so." It reeks of falsely standing up for yourself. This is one of those instances where if Amelia turns up town, I will be MORE suspicious of Jester.

Sonofa---

There's a whole other page I hadn't seen.

Anyway, now for the "pot calling the kettle black" portion of the show. I'm getting strong townie vibes from Tornado, ryan, and curious.

Relatively scummy-looking. "Lurking in plain sight" is how I'd describe her.

I'd like to hear what she has to say, though. And I don't like putting people so close to lynch before others have had to even take a stand.

ryan- I haven't had internet access as much as I would like over the past few weeks. I only have access at work, and I'm in the process of losing my job over the next couple of weeks. I'm doing my best to find other ways to participate, but it's not perfect. Just chill out: when I figure out how to be the regular poster I once was, I will be.

Could you post the questions you/others have asked? I dont' know what you're referencing.

Also I have no idea who indy is, so I don't know what to make of her/his lynch. I'll read back for that.

ryan:

1) I thought jester's vote was opportunistic. Hence I voted for him. He still may be right about Amelia and her posting habits, whatever. I just didn't like the vote, regardless of whether I've combed through the whole thread with a fine-toothed comb.

2) An Indy lynch?? That guy reeks of newbie town to me. Where did that come from?

Of course it's a bad thing for me to be dead. Do you really want the Doc lynched?

Jester wrote:You put the hammer down on Nano, unless my personal vote-count is off, so as soon as Kison notices, we're in night. If I'm right about Nano and I'm right about Lowell (not certain by any means, but he's really setting off my radar right now) and were one of their scum-mates, I'd definitely kill me to shut me up. ;)

Of course, it's still possible that I'm totally wrong about one or both.
Twilight FOS Jester
for trying to direct future lynches...

For attacking Nano I'm MORE likely to be scum? What kind of twisted WIFOM is that?

Frankly I led the charge against him, and was the first to make sure the real doc didn't claim. How can that make me MORE suspicious?

Okay, this is crap.

What exactly are you trying to do here? MANY MANY people didn't believe Nano's claim. We were all wrong, it happens. You have gone from accusing me of NOT PARICIPATING (yesterday) to essentially accusing me of orchestrating a lynch on a powerrole (today). Which is it, chief?

This looks opportunistic at best. Especially since I opened this thread today assuming that I'd have to fend myself off from jester's even more confusing claim that by lynching SCUM I must be scum.

Sir T and Numer- what, exactly, do I have to answer for? Lurking?

You dropped an opportunistic vote on Nano and it's obvious. Up until your vote on Nano you WEREN'T participating, you weren't doing anything, heck I wasn't even sure you were still part of the game until somebody

a) Calls you out

b) Votes you

And than you come flying out of the woodwork with a vote, and yes we who voted were all part of the process that eliminated Nano, I find your opportunity alot more obvious as scum.
That may all be true, ryan. I guess my point is that I'm an easy target today, but not the right one.

You can pretty much try the "you were on the nano wagon AND...." for anyone you feel like accusing. That doesn't make it any less opportunistic.

Just throwing this out there, so I can get shouted down and voted like hell for it. Or at least we can talk it over.

I think we should consider a cop claim at this point, especially if (as I agree with) it's lynch or lose. Since some people clearly have itchy trigger fingers, a cop reveal might help... clarify things.

Scenario 1: Cop has 2 innocents- That will give us THREE confirmed innocent (including cop) which is pretty large percentage. 3/5 remaining are likely scum, which is much better odds than flying blind right now.

Scenario 2: Cop has a guilty- Even better.

Yes, I realize this is a death sentence for the cop. I don't care. I'll take my chances with several confirmed innocents and no more cop tomorrow over a cop.

vote tornado

Hmm... way to backtrack. If you're so sure I'm scum, why the fear of putting me at lynch-1?

Seriously, this is the same stuff we've been over before. Opportunism much?
