I'm anti joke myself, but theres a difference between "joking in the rvs phase" and "overjoking in the rvs phase", and I'm not sure you differentiated very well in this case.
Regardless I'm leaving our small chat here rather satisfied.-

Speaking of meta, someone should give me a rundown of these folks this is my first serious game here since leaving mtgsalvation.com (I think there are some others players from mtgs here maybe, Chamber a long time ago lol), and it might be useful so I dont jump on someone for like lurking or something when that is totally their go to move.-

I believe there is a card in the actual community chest stack in the board game version which assesses street repairs.-

Much of it is faulty memory on my part (now that I'm looking at the Dirty Dealing game, much of your behavior is actually the same), and I concede that. I just thought that the discussion of post restrictions in Dirty Dealing was something you could legitimately take seriously, while I was baffled as to why you seemed to treat Robert2424 as really wanting to lynch Lurker because of his username.
Your current read on mehdi is best described as: town/scum/neutral?

P-edit: I'll be clearer then SC. I was criticizing the joke vote.
I'd like him to answer my question first.
I'm not sure how you can dislike me being on a wagon when youre not sure why I'm on it in the first place though. It's almost as if you want to put your foot down as the first person to be against the wagon of a mislynch, to buy yourself some town cred later.-

I think that says why you're on the wagon. If it's a different reason you can say it, but from the reasoning here that I'm assuming followed Jul's I dislike why you're voting him and disagree with it being scummy.
P-edit: And Jake was also the first person voted.
No, but I still think the reasoning you're pushing is dumb. Sure scum have done it, but you're not rejecting the general statement. Treating early comments as still random isn't new from town either and either explain how it happens more often from new scum relatively then new town or it isn't a scum tell.
Making assumptions so maybe you know why I'm on the wagon, maybe you don't. Gotcha.-

Robert what would you like to do day 1? No lynching is worse then mislynching.
Im a pretty vague guy until its time to throw a haymaker. I don't fault your reasoning at all but give me just a sec or two and I'll gladly expound. I would certainly not lynch someone following the case Jal's made, so don't worry. I am however, thinking I might move in a similar vein ya dig?-

I did answer the question. I expected you could infer "I don't know right now" from "what do you think I am, a prophet?" I then questioned why it sees like at least three of you (you, mendhi, spice) seem to think the scum are just going to parade into your lap on day 1 before half the player base is even slightly actively involved.-

Well my ipad refuses to play nice with the multiquote options. So lets pretend we have post 44 to lead this off. Post 44 ofc being the lurker post which has garnered the wagon. The catalyst for my vote was entirely the last line, informing us that he would leave his vote for now, but don't worry! He would move it outside the RVS. This struck me as a tad off? Why? Rather than go off on that immediately, we let it simmer. Ask him why did he feel the need to type this particular sentence. What was the motivation for that phrase? A scum mindest?
In post 160, Lurker wrote:In post 68, Mogadishu Jones wrote:Holy crap somehow I missed posts 43-46.
I'm down for thisunvote: vote lurker
@lurker: regarding post #44, why did you feel the need to announce you weren't moving your vote?
To let them know that at the same time I wasn't lurking and would move my vote eventually.
His response was the above. I argue based on this, that yes, his post 44 was motivated by scum alignment. See, why would you need to let us know you would move your vote eventually and why did you seem to want to note your adherence to rvs? To fit in. If town, there is no reason to make that post. You probably dont even think about it. We know we're in RVS, we know half the votes aren't serious, we know theyll likely move when things heat up (more than likely, they better actually), and thus votes at the time are of minimal importance. Frankly they barely matter at all. Only as scum do you make that post. You want to fit in, you have to post so you dont lurk, you likely feel antsy. You post about how its RVS ad youll move your vote when needed (probably when a mislynch wagon is rolling along lol). Youre trying to fit in. In your mind youre saying "just act natural, just act natural......uhhhhh.....rvs ill move my vote". Well duh you will, we all will! But the rest of us didnt have to make sure everyone else knew.
Then this.
In post 165, Lurker wrote:In post 161, Mogadishu Jones wrote:Before I expound on why that is silly and I think requires further scrutiny, one more question.
Why did it take you so long to answer the question?
Because It did not seem like a pressing issue, considering it was RVS anyway.
Thats just terribad. If it wasnt pressing why would I keep asking? Furthermore, my original vote on you was outside the rvs, and made clear through my interactions as something I was serious about. i mean you ignored ,e asking on like three separate occasions, so I'm not sure what to call your response other than a fabrication because you dont have a good answer.
The above now considered and marinated on, I am prepared to watch lurker swing.unvote: vote Lurker-

No. Read my fucking post. You may be bad, but bad play is not, nor has it ever been, a scum tell. In fact, some of the worst players are frequently town because they focus less on public image and more on trying to find scum. Your misguided and terrible attempts to make me out to be mafia look like genuine efforts to scum hunt, so I have a town read on you regardless of my analysis of your skill level.
And the magno-whatever town read is a vibey feel from his posts that I don't have the time or energy to back up with pinpoint quotes and evidence right now.

In that case you could always grow a pair and vote me yourself rather than doing an obviously scummy tactic of waiting for someone else to build a wagon and case on me leaving you free to absolve yourself of any responsibility later on for my mislynch.
Nah bruh, I'd rather lynch Lurker.-

My opinion Xis hasn't changed so it's mainly unvote someone he wanted to pressure to vote lurker when it didn't seem like he found him scummy (and if it was to pressure why unvote the guy you're trying to pressure to vote someone else for pressure reasons).
Mog probably still thinks lurker is a better lynch and having multiple scum reads that deserve votes isn't a scum tell.
Hhahahaha wat-
