The one player who has given me a "scummy" vibe. His "FoS" on me following another player made it seem as if he's trying too hard to fit in and blend with the town. Obviously, I'm acting like an arrogant jackass and will have attention on me. Hey, get some discussion started, even if it's about how much of an ass I am. He just seemed to deal with this in a scummy kind of way.

Also, I am getting a town feel from silverbullet but I think that's just because of his posting style...

I hate to say it but, if you are that easily offended, you may not enjoy this game much. Lots of crazy stuff happens in a game and it's fun as hell, but accusations/attacks will occur.

Welcome! I was beginning to think our SEs weren't coming. I have a feeling the other will be replaced. And a bandwagon isn't necessarily a bad thing. From my experience, the slower the bw, the more likely they are scum.

Just so you know, if you go to the index page (link at top and bottom of all pages) you can see who's online or not (and note this doesn't work if someone's set to 'invisible' in their profile).

That being said, some people (yeah, me) get their nose all out of joint if you 'stalk' them and mention that they're online but not posting in your game.

(And, it may or may not bear repeating, but remember, you can't talk about this game outside of this thread [unless your role allows it].)

If you're a VT in my position, what would you do?

I would probably not fight the lynch. If I die then that means that a pr is still alive and didn't get outed. And, because almost a majority of the town suspects me of being mafia, it won't get me lynched at lylo when it really matters.

If you're the detective in my position, what would you do?

I wouldn't have been dumb enough to get myself into this position in the first place. When you're a pr you shouldn't act so scummy.

If you're scrum in my position, what would you do?

I don't know because I'm no good at getting out of positions when I'm scum. Scum actually GIVE REASONS for why they suspect someone. They don't just say "oh I fos mallowgeno/quadz".

Here's my theory. One of the following will happen tonight:

1. DP gets roleblocked and someone else is killed
2. DP gets killed
3. DP stays alive and claims he got roleblocked, but he's mafia.

Therefore I'm looking elsewhere for my first lynch.

Here's my reasoning for not wanting to vote for DP anymore:
-He's not the only scum, if he is scum. There's at least one more out there.
-I see no reason to lynch an ucced cop claim. If someone else wants to cc then go for it.
-Mafia will kill him tonight most likely if there is no roleblocker. If there is a roleblocker they will block him to make him look scummier. If there is no roleblocker, he's dead tonight.

@SB: Here's the thing: If a player truly is scummy, even when you point out what they're doing that's perceived as scummy, and they stop that, there will be more (usually).

All we have to do is find the next scummy thing they do.

Since when is keeping info to yourself a scummy thing to do?!? You cannot trust anyone unless they're clear. Keeping info to yourself is a smart thing to do especially if you're on the lead of a scum. Pointing out their mistakes makes them stop doing that mistake.

In the first few pages he really doesn't say anything that helpful. Later on, when I'm being pushed for a lynch, he starts giving tons of paragraphs and reasons. Yet above he writes "I may not be good at spotting scum".

I'd have to say that both town and mafia do give reasons for voting, but scum players often slip up by overdoing it in their attempt to blend in.

First, I'm no noob to this game. I'm a noob to this site. I'm not going to use that whole "I didn't know that scum talk before pregame" thing as evidence to support me. Let the record show that in my experience, scum found out who each other were on the first night. Therefore, if a game started with a day start, the pair wouldn't know each other. However I can see that they obviously know each other b/c of Cole's post.

Second, after Wraith claims blue, we need to lynch either me or him because we cannot out any more roles. The mafia don't need anyone else's identity.
