EBWOP: I really screwed all of that up, haha.

I agree with Slaxx, at least a little. There's not really much that can be analyzed right away when it comes to random votes, but that doesn't mean they can't be useful later. Now, people overreacting to random votes/refusing to answer questions and such is something that can be looked at early.
Parama wrote:Yo bro I'm reaching for a reason not to random vote because I want to take the moral high ground now so I can lead later!
This is bogus. I don't think he was "reaching" with that post, it looks like he was trying to start some real discussion and you're just yelling at him for it.
Parama wrote:Yo bro I'm overreacting to a random vote but I have nothing better to do so hopefully this won't look like paranoia!
Agreed.
Parama wrote:Yo bro I haven't even posted acknowledging my presence in this game, I'm just going to be the lurkerscum of this game!
Lurking isn't a scumtell unless it is a newb (or Nikanor hurhurhur).

^ This is why I like this guy.

Anyway, I obviously want to hear opinions on the newly formed kunk wagon, specifically Nicodemus and Ani.

My issue with the wagon on myself is overreaction is a subjective view, same as overdefensive. In any case, why are you condoning Nacho's votes without explanation and also don't ask for opinions from Nacho when he hasn't commented either?

Nacho, care to explain yet?

There's my commentary on the wagon.

As for my vote, it explains itself. If you don't get it, look closer...

That is just the way Nacho plays. I have played with him before and he is pretty good at picking out mafia. He is a very striaghtforward player who isnt afraid to throw around his vote and use it to his advantage.

Kunk, you're arguments keep failing. Everything in this game is subjective. We have nothing thats concrete, especially day 1. The democracy, the town rather, decides on what is scummy. Right now that subjective democracy is leaning towards you.

Nacho's thought pattern is clear. He was using his vote as a means of pressuring people who haven't contributed or contributed in a while. He was satisfied with the answer and moved on to the next person. When I feel his vote is uncalled for or I start feeling he isnt contributing, then I will ask him why.

I'm not seeing any problems with kunkstar. Looker appears the scummiest to me so far. I don't like his answers, he hasn't shared much else, and he's been on the site over a year and doesn't know what meta is, and doesn't know how to find out? And he somehow answered the questions about meta before he said he didn't know what it is?

Vote: Looker

For the weak FoS comboed with a failure to vote change. Isn't my being the only person to refuse to answer your random questions a better reason than the one behind your random vote? If not, why the FoS?
Lnyhcing players who call their town play scummy is not a random vote.
Just to clarify, are you pushing for a policy lynch? Also, as above, Starbuck said this too. I'd accept it as a reason to vote if you were consistent, but here it just looks like you're aiming for me specifically.

Unless I'm misinterpreting, you already have a strong town read on ani? Could you confirm or deny this?

Yeah, backtracking is never a good move. It just makes you look like you were BSing and now want to appease everyone by backing down. While I don't think that you were scummy for the earlier discussion with slaxx (because theory discussion is always nothing more or less than a null tell) this latest development is pretty bad.

FoS: kunkstar
, because L-2 is a little too hot for me right now.

Other scummy peoples:

muh
looks scummy for only RVing when called out on it.
ani
is suspicious for advocating a policy lynch when another player is equally applicable for that same lynch, based on the criteria of the policy. Why me instead of Starbuck?
Nacho
, while not scummy per se, gets a spot here because of his playstyle. I'll accept slaxx's meta of him for now, but I hope that he'll start playing more transparently soon.

Vote: muh
Ythan, on my play: "Scummy and bad are not the same. Some players manage to keep them separate, though I applaud how masterfully you blend them."

Yes sorry, bad word choice.

The reasons Parama posted in addition to Kunk and I's back and forth don't bother you then? I find the subtle but nevertheless existent concern for the random vote on him unnerving.

Nic, Parama is talking from a different point of view in that post. He is assuming (rather strongly) that nacho is scum and that of course a wagon led by a scum is likely to be (but no guaranteed)on a townie.

Nic, can you point me towards some of your recent town games? I need to do a little research. Obviously the town grasp I thought on you was not accurate (see: Invasion of Liten D1 xD)

I still feel like this is being misrepresented. I am/was not worried about the random vote on me. It was a matter of me seeing two players who simply voted with no reasoning expressed, implied or stated, and asking for their reasoning to generate discussion from those players, who have subsequently avoided talking.

@Nico, I felt like Nacho was just voting randomly without reasoning, which I also called muh and looker out for earlier....,but with Nacho's response, I discovered there was actually implied reasoning, as Slaxx has pointed out.

I wold answer the question but slaxx already gave the correct answer.
I don't know if ani is town or not. But if I have a scum read on someone pushing his wagon on D1, then ani is town by association.
