Game Status:

Game over.

Seneca, a bustling center of the supermetropolis named after the ancient Roman king Nero, lies along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. The town's favorite pizza shop, Mike's Pizzeria, is a common gathering place for the denizens of Seneca.

Today, however, the beloved pizzeria is in a state of purest fear: one of the restaurant's employees lies dead in the center of the room. The sound of a waiter's tray clattering against the floor tingles the eardrums and sends shivers up the spine. Looking around, each of today's customers notice the other eleven looking back at them, everyone appearing more suspicious than the last.

The Rules

0. Follow the site's rules as you play, along with this game's rules.
1. This is a game; have fun!
2. Play to fulfill your win condition. If you deliberately go against your team for any reason other than to win the game, you will be

modkilled

at my discretion.
3. A lynch requires a majority vote, or half the remaining players plus one. In the case of an odd number of players remaining, a lynch requires a number of votes equal to the greater half.
4. Vote in the following format:

Unvotes

are not required to change your vote, but are appreciated. You may vote using abbreviated names if the abbreviation can only reasonably be interpreted as one player. Please bold your votes.
5. You may

Vote: No Lynch

, which requires a majority to take effect.
6. If a majority is not reached before deadline, day will end in a no lynch.

7. When a majority is reached, day goes into twilight until I announce the beginning of the night phase. Players are allowed to post during twilight unless they are dead. A player lynched during day is not alive during twilight.

8. Once you are dead, you are allowed one "Bah!" post, as long as it doesn't contain any game-related information. Pleae do not talk about the game with anyone other than me after you are dead.
9. Deadlines for each day phase are two weeks from when I announce the day. If a replacement is needed at any time during the day, I will increase the deadline when the replacement is found by a number of days I choose, unless the deadline is already four weeks.
10. Deadlines for each night phase are 48 hours from when I announce the end of day. If I do not receive your night actions by PM during this 48 hour period, I will count your role as having taken no action. If you choose to take no action, please PM me anyway, unless your role doesn't have a night action.
11. Don't talk about this game outside this thread, unless your role specifically permits. If your role specifically permits, don't talk about this game outside this thread and the second specified thread I provide.

Does anyone want me to delete double posts, or do anything differently? This is my first modded game, so if there's anything I can do to help the game run more smoothly, let me know. (Perhaps fewer vote counts?

Radical Hijinx has requested replacement. Grr. I'm doing the best I can considering the sheer volume of flakes this game has had so far. To be honest, I'm betting by the end of the game there will have been over 20 replacements. I'm considering lengthening the prod times, or perhaps lengthening the amount of time someone has to respond to a prod to resolve this issue, but really this comes down to the players' capabilities of posting once every three or four days. If everyone stopped posting out of nowhere, it wouldn't be my fault, so there isn't much I can do about it. It's only really annoying when the people who replace in decide to leave within a couple days.

How's that for useless fluff?

The first day of the postmortem waiter's customers was a tough one. The people present were all aware of a dark force looming over them as they attempted to determine who among them were traitors. Discussion intensified as several players drifted off to sleep and began snoring loudly. "Wake up!" they demanded, to no avail.

As discussion wore on, it began to become clear that nightfall would soon be upon them, and so they decided on a lynch. They wrapped the noose around danakillsu's neck and agreed to meet back at the pizzeria tomorrow to continue their investigation. The employees of Mike's Pizzeria said they would gladly provide free pizza all day long for those who returned.

As they looped the rope over the entrance door, danakillsu realized the end was nigh. "Stop!" he begged. "I'm not one of them!" His pleading stare didn't appear to halt their efforts. His eyes darted from one to the next and he continued to struggle as the town strung hum up.

There was a knock on the door that night. A figure standing patiently waiting outside found the doorbell and tried again, shivering. Through the peephole, the masked man looked cold, but that wasn't nearly enough to allow him to enter at such an early hour. Pity would do no good here, especially given what happened the day before at the pizzeria. No, it was better to be safe. The man turned from the peephole and began to move toward the stairs leading up to his bedroom. Suddenly, a great weight, like a giant boulder, fell onto him from above. The man felt his spine buckle under the force of the impact, and the top of his head grew warmer by the second. Soon, all was black. "Well, that was easier than it should've been," the figure said. The broken door laid in kindling around the man's cracked skull, letting a freezing wind into the house.

Yes, deadline is in about 95 hours. That's 4 days minus 1 hour. D1's deadline was initially January 27, but due to all the replacements replacing replacees, it was extended, over time, by 6 days to February 2. This extra time was given to allow the new replacements some time to get caught up and actually have a chance to contribute. Day 2's deadline started out as Feb 19, but since the start of D2 we've had two replacements, so the deadline was extended by 3 days.

Upon returning to the pizzeria the next morning, yet another person was missing. One of the shop's workers said that they found a bloodied flak jacket riddled with bullet holes outside of the entrance that morning. They had to clean up the mess before anyone else arrived so that they could still serve customers.
"Looks like they used a shotgun on the poor guy! Here's your pizza."

First, I'd like to say that I've been away from the site for longer than I expected. For that, I apologize. Some of my old high school friends came down to hang out without really planning it, and last night I shared a 750mL bottle of Jack with one of them over the course of maybe 2 hours. So, I've been playing video games all weekend and sleeping all day today. (Did you know that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is a lot easier when you're really drunk, but don't know it yet?

If I had to make a watcher role, and I'm being as ambiguous as possible here due to the circumstances, my version of the watcher role would probably not see a roleblocked player "visit" his intended target.

Lastsurvivor has still not been replaced, and it's been at least a whole in-game Day since his slot was filled. I am therefore going to take a poll of all the players who are still alive in this game, by PM. And also because I don't really know what to do.

The dream was rather enjoyable at this point. Why is life so good right n-

He hated that alarm clock. But that was what got him up every morning. This morning was different, though. It was the first day he was taking off work to go back to that horrible pizzeria. He grumbled as he crawled out from under the warm, comforting blankets.

At least it isn't 2PM already like it was when I used to wake up in college,

he thought. To prevent himself from making what didn't really seem like an irrational thought, that was, to begin to reason with himself that he didn't really NEED to go anywhere today, he lept into the shower as quickly as possible.

After finishing his morning routine and a quick breakfast of milk and cereal, he got his coat and keys and walked across the threshold and into the wide world outside. He never tired of just standing at his doorway, taking a few deep breaths, and just admiring all the life in the trees and animals around him, so that is what he chose to do this morning.

It wasn't long after that he was walking along his gravel driveway to his car parked outside the garage. He preferred keeping it outside this time of year, so the sun had some time to warm it up for his ride to work, - er - in this case, the pizzeria. The leather seat was warm and almost as comfortable as the blankets he had so reluctantly cast off perhaps a half hour before, and the steering wheel was warm under his hands. He put the keys in and turned the ignition.

A scraping sound - it didn't sound like an engine - came from the, well, engine.

What the hell. Start goddamnit!

He continued to turn the key. That's when the car exploded. Ah, well... at least it was a relatively painless death.

Thor, Jack, and DRK looked at each other in disbelief as they stared at two mafia revolvers which, lucky for them, seemed to be having a hard time deciding who to kill last.
"You mean... you're not....!!!" they seemed to say to one another.
DRK, seeing that neither gun was currently pointed at him, dashed forward in a vain attempt to disarm one of their soon-to-be killers, but he was not fast enough. Both guns swung and flashed three times.
"Hmm, looks like we've got just enough bullets left for you two," they laughed as DRK's stiff corpse collided with the hard wood floor.
Three more flashes from each of the two murder weapons sent bullets flying into varying parts of Jack's and Thor's bodies.
Seven and Parama looked at each other again. They grinned.
"That's enough pizza for today," one of them said.
"Just put it on our bill," shouted the other as the scared eyes of the poor pizzeria owner became visible above the short kitchen wall.
Evil laughter echoed off the walls as the two made their way out of Seneca. They would soon be ready to slaughter another town, no matter how many nooses stood in their way.

Game over. Mafia Godfather Parama, Mafia Roleblocker Seven, and Mafia Goon evilsnail win.

I'll have some relevant endgame stuff up tonight before I go to bed.
