Yay town! This was a fun game. VisMaior II, sorry to lynch you immediately after you rejoined... :) I guess after the mass claim, the scum had no chance. Again, I was lucky to be able to time my claim so that it was believable.

No choice sent in nights 1, 2, 3 and 7? Wow.

The town was also lucky that Chucklez protected Fritzler from cult recruitment, otherwise we would have to deal with that in the end game.

I'll leave it as an exercise for the reader why the Holiday Mafia lost...not because of SSB!/d8Ρ's invulnerability, (he

PeaceBringer didn't fare much better, getting blocked his first night out, and killed the second by an unpleasant supernatural power who didn't believe in atheists.

After Day Five, the town never had another night action (except the Masons), yet somehow THAT was when you started lynching well. Well played, but I can't help feeling that another 2-3 successful kills by the Holiday Mafia could have swung things the other way... :x

Also, there never was a fourth cop. Don't try to outguess the mod. 8)
Yea, our bad. Really we shouldn't have lynched you vis. That was a stupid thing. And wont' try to out guess you anymore flay.

Why me ? Why kill an innocent sheep ? It wasn't even the time of year, nor the religion involved for that matter...
For now, I'll ask Thoth to come up with reasons why I should be voting for him, and I'd like him to respond to those.

Glad you all enjoyed it. Orbiting came up with the lion's share of the roles and death scenes (especially the early game ones), so she gets as much credit for any success as I do. She's an idea factory like me, she just hasn't been around to mod something yet (but she's on the Mini Theme list now).

You were worse than paranoid : useless and dangerous by giving different results. Sorry, mate.

Nice to meet you, Orbiting.

Yeah, what you actually ended up with was a sane cop (Joseph), a naïve cop (Mary), and a modified-insane cop (Gabriel). Since all of the mafia were supernatural beings that he would have read as non-sinners, this could have been a useful role. I was suprised that the group came down to thinking Joseph was the unreliable cop, but that's the way the cookie crumbles sometimes...

Yeah, the Gabriel role was a bit on the bastardly side, but we figured that it could also be useful, since it had a rule to it, and the rule was consistent with the way that popular media often portrays the archangel Gabriel (see Constantine, or The Prophecy). Had the early play gone differently, it might have been helpful. That sort of cop, although deceitful, seems much more useful than a paranoid or naive cop to me.

And also, hiya, Puzzle. :)

Some of you might be interested in seeing my posting average chart for this game. I'm using a slightly different averaging technique now than I was previously, but you can see some of my rationale for deadlines and the like in this. You only had one, which you didn't end up needing as you rushed to lynch the Godfather (gods, that was unexpected)...

I must say, I am amazed by the roles description. Love the flavour/irony  Too bad I don't hve time to play mafia now.
