I can confirm that there also exist innocent shepherds, by the way. And from a metagame point of view, I would like to point out that I posted this immediately after learning that I would be replacing Nanook and receiving my role pm, so I had no time to make up plausible lies. (Really lucky on the timing here, I guess.)

Actually, to be honest, I had already skimmed the thread quickly... it's just that I had no idea who I was going to be.

As a first impression you and Squonk seem to be town; if d8P and mikeburnfire are masons, that leaves darquiel, TonyMontana and consonantsfreak. Among them there would probably be at least two scum or cultists, right? And maybe an insane cop?

It seems darquiel has been lurking for three weeks (while still being active on the rest of the site). That seems enough cause for an immediate lynch to me, even ignoring that I think she's the most suspicious player on other grounds.

FoS: darquiel

Now that I know what to look for, I need to do some more rereading.

This is interesting, but probably a coincidence:

VisMaior in #154, after NanookTheSheepInWolfsClothing voted him out:
Well, you just lynched Archangel Gabriel, the cop. Shame on you, sheep.

After reading the whole game, I'm guessing mikeburnfire and TonyMontana are the masons, and Squonk and Fritzler are innocent shepherds. Not sure about d8P, but darquiel and consonantsfreak seem almost certain to be scum.

Going by what Tyfo said after dying, it seems we may have a Jesus in the game. Or maybe there is an Ox?

Well, if no one else wants to claim out of turn (and why should they?), then she's grinding the whole game to a halt. And she's been on the site earlier, when it was already her turn to claim. I don't see what option we have other than lynching her or *at least* putting on some pressure.

Except for possible evil masons, things are looking pretty good for the town now, I think. The evidence seems good that Fritzler, Squonk, TonyMontana, mikeburnfire, and I are all innocent; if that's true we can just kill the other three and win.

Can we conclude from the killing scenes that there are two different killing groups alive? Or could they be two members of the same group (the mafia)?

It looks like Pooky and Astronaut were both killed by Iammars; PeaceBringer and Puzzle were killed by the same person/group; and Thoth and This-is-not-me were killed by the same person/group. Chopping off at the knees sounds like something the Easter Bunny might do. :)

Interesting claim, but Mr Flay at the beginning of the game stated clearly that Jesus had already been born.

If darquiel's replacement claims we might learn something that makes lynching darquiel (or even d8P) more urgent than lynching raj. That seems very improbable, though.

By the way, I think Joseph and Mary were both sane cops, and there is no fourth cop.

For reference, SK didn't kill on nights 2 and 3; mafia didn't kill on nights 1, 3 and 7. Last doctor died night 4. That's a lot of failed kills with just one doctor; specifically, two kills failed night 3. So I think d8P's claim is plausible.

Not sure what to think of the lack of night 7 kill; I'll have to look at what the reason for the no-lynch was. In theory the mafia could have chosen not to kill, or could have been absent.

Also, three sheep seems like an... odd number, especially given that there were two shepherds. That probably doesn't prove anything, though.

Does anyone *disagree* with my strategy of lynching VisMaior and then d8P? It seems like a straightforward town win to me. I suppose that in theory, Squonk or I could be scum, but I think both of us have good evidence in favor of our innocence.

TonyMontana and mikeburnfire are both proven innocent. There have to be at least two masons in the game (and almost certainly three for flavor reasons); no one else is claiming mason; therefore at least one of them is a mason; and since they confirmed each other as being mason, both are masons.

Squonk is also pretty much proven innocent, as my role pm mentions multiple shepherds, and no one else is claiming shepherd.

That means in the unlikely event that VisMaior does turn up sheep, you and I are the only possible scum, so I'm automatically voting for you. The others don't know for certain that I'm innocent, but if I'm scum then you need to explain why I was able to claim so quickly.

All this is probably moot, and I invite MBF or Squonk to cast the winning vote after giving VisMaior the chance to have a last word.

Also we now know there were only three cops, so Joseph and Mary were probably both sane. One of them had an innocent result on d8P.

Yay town! This was a fun game. VisMaior II, sorry to lynch you immediately after you rejoined... :) I guess after the mass claim, the scum had no chance. Again, I was lucky to be able to time my claim so that it was believable.

No choice sent in nights 1, 2, 3 and 7? Wow.

The town was also lucky that Chucklez protected Fritzler from cult recruitment, otherwise we would have to deal with that in the end game.
