Out of the corner of my eye, I espied Alicia and Rachella in a heated argument. I moved in closer to record what they were saying.

"...so how do we know
you
aren't a killer?" Rachella was demanding to know.

Alicia shrugged. "Do I look like a killer? You're just jealous cause you never get any."

Rachella's mouth dropped. "How dare you say that!"

"Uh huh. I knew it. They
all
look up to me, hon, and wish they could be my shoes. But you don't have my looks, you don't have my body, and you don't even have my talent. And I most certainly wouldn't kill a man who wasn't a eunuch."

"You are the most vain woman I have ever known!"

Alicia grinned. "Yep." She glanced in my direction. "It's all true though, right Santas, darling?"

My mind froze, desperately searching for pacifistic words that would calm the storm. While my mind was searching, Alicia said,

"See, Rachella? Spellbound by my very presence..."

Rachella humphed. "Well, let's see what happens later on! We'll see if you're made of more than vulnerable flesh!" With those words, she turned to scurry off. In the process, she caught her foot on a rock and fell face-first into the dirt.

Chortling, Alicia waved her off and walked away. I was tempted to follow her, but I decided it would be good to see what other people were talking about.

Is this really the "only thing left to do"? We really couldn't think of a better plan than "kill everyone until we get the bad guys"?

In re sleep:

I was thinking of sleeping when I'm going to be AFK / VLA.

I'm going to be at a Magic Convention this weekend with no computer access, so depending on what's changed / phases etc I might as well be asleep...

I don't really understand the sleep plan yet - I'll need to read it again...

* Step 1: No one sleeps until day 4
* Step 2: ?
* Step 3: Catch scum

I'll read again and see if I can figure this out...

@Pitt: I was hoping you'd find specific posts demonstrating this behavior. Even if it's just as town it'd be helpful. Because one it would show me what you think I'm accusing you of, and two show me if you actually do do what I accused you of as town.

Admittedly, the fact you are aware of it if so makes it more of a null tell.

@Person who abuses his shift key: That's a proposed plan. There are several others out there.

Wouldn't really be conclusive regardless; you'd cite that I've only cited town games, which I've only completed. So yes, null tell. Move on, now?

On a completely unrelated topic (and buying time for other people to show up and stay here), I don't suppose you're ditching the glasses anytime soon?

On UK's Kamina glasses: Mindscrew 4 isn't over yet, and UK is the backup mod for that. I haven't been following it all to closely, but I'm guessing that the glasses are going to stay at least until MS 4 is over. amirite?

No, actually, it would still be good data IMO for determining your alignment here, even if you can only cite town games.

And why would I ever ditch the glasses? I STARTED this fucking meme on MS. If I have an avatar, it will have Kamina glasses.

Fair enough. I don't know enough MS lore, so that's a fun tidbit.

On another note, Rachella needs to stop being such a kluuutz.
On another note, slut. =D

Oh and - just to be a pain: would it be too much to ask for the deadlines to be relative based on "now"?

Some of us* don't have the ability to automatically convert timezones in our heads, so something like "3 days from this post" would be dead useful...

I considered this, but given the mafia would assumably be a team, you wouldn't get any conclusive data.
This, if we assume that there are 2-3 mafiosos, then we can be fairly certain that atleast one would be awake any given night cycle. not a good idea.
