Should I kill Thesp tonight regardless of Erg0's alignment?

Unless I hear otherwise, the answer is currently: "yes".

No. The ability is indicative of alignment here, as far as I'm concerned.

Only if Erg0 is town.

No. You should not kill Thesp tonight. His power is indicative of alignment for me as well.

Although if Erg0 ends up town and Thesp is still alive tomorrow then that's another matter entirely.

Yeah. Unless we see something else in the setup that supports your theory, Mbl, he's confirmed to me.

If the kill doesn't go through, it could be because both Erg0 and Thesp are scum, and Erg0 has 1-shot immunity against Thesp's group. Just something to be aware of.

A Glint of Steel

A glint of steel as a sword flashes through the air...

A subtle "woosh"...

A sickening "thud" as Erg0's head hits the ground...

And a soft gurgle as his blood bubbles out of his open neck.

Erg0 - Joe Armstrong, American Ninja - beheaded Day 3

It is now Night 4. Deadline for nightchoices is 10am GMT Thursday 28th February.

In a hole in the ground...

In about 1930, the Rawlinson and Bosworth Professor of Anglo-Saxon of the University of Oxford was marking School Certificate papers, in his rooms in Pembroke College, when he came across a blank page. Suddenly inspired, he wrote the words "In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit." He did not go any further than that at the time: but by late 1932, Professor Tolkien had finished the story and he gave it to his friend CS Lewis to read.

The rest (as the cliché goes) was history.

And so is Twomz.

Now we shall have to write: "In a hole in the ground was buried a hobbit... And a comedian, a senator and a pirate captain."

Twomz - Bilbo Baggins (Goblin Finder) - filled full of rocks Night 4
Gorrad - Oliver Hardy (Mason) - filled full of shuriken Night 4
Claus - Senator Joseph McCarthy (Communist Finder) - filled full of musketballs Night 4
Skruffs - Captain Jack Sparrow - filled full of lightsabre Night 4

It is now Day 4. With 13 alive it will take 7 votes to lynch!

I really wanted to complete my trifecta of doctors with Twomz, but Skruffs just
had
to goad me:
Skruffs wrote:it will hopefully get scum to try to hunt each other instead of decimating the town. (They can rely on MBL to do that).
Skruffs wrote:(MBL's restriction of course is that he can only kill doctors, har har)
Could have easily been ninjIammars eating sabre instead of you, Cap'n.
Protip: don't goad the vig. Savvy?

[17] All bad guys (scum) have one-shot immunity against any scum group. In other words, for a scum cross-kill to occur, a bad guy must be targeted twice by the same scum group. If a kill fails for that reason, the targeting scum group will be told that that was why their kill failed.
Erg0 - Joe Armstrong, American Ninja - beheaded Day 3
Discounting the Goblins here for whom both 'beheaded' and 'glint of steel' don't seem to fit , this does mean Thesp is not scum doesn't it?

PS : good job MBL

I'd like to think so, but there's still the possibility I'm scum with someone else who performed the kill in a slightly different manner.

Vote: RogueBen,
for starters, though I'm trying to ponder how realistic 3 players in each scum group is.

Claus - Senator Joseph McCarthy (Communist Finder) - filled full of musketballs Night 4
Communist Finder? Is this some sort of other faction or just a cruel Stoofer joke?

What's up with the musketballs kill? That doesn't seem to be pirate-related. Do we have a British Invaders scumgroup as well?

I think it's the most likely, assuming we're dealing with three scumgroups of equal size. I can't imagine a two man scumgroup that has to cope with large amount of crosskills and has a cop and protector designed specifically to thwart them.

Also,
Vote Rogueben
