Unvote:Korlash
Holy shit guys, come on. First of all. lynch korlash wouldn't be a record right now..I've played an entire Newbie game (two lynchs) by the time korlash got to -1.
FoS Urza, UA, The Jester and RotN
Urza: For wanting Korlash to be hammered and lynched for no apparent reason. It's page 3, why for the love of god would you want someone lynched right now. I'm also assuming your not a total newb cause I have seen you at MTGS and if I remember correctly, you have mafia over there. Give me a *good* reason why korlash should be lynched.
UA: Simply cause I don't like his joking about Unlynchable scum claims at the 3 spot.
RotN: DO NOT PUT SOMEONE AT -1 WITHOUT A GOOD REASON AND NOT ON PAGE 2Vote:RotN
The Jester: Awesome WIFOM and really no reason to put Korlash at -2 and I just have a really bad feeling about this guy. Seriously though, who uses the "If I were scum" arguement.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

UA, I'm not contributing actively?
Anyway,FoS: Urzafor being soo damn hostile and reckless. Are you even putting though nto your post.
Huge FoS: JesterI don't know if you are being scummy or stupid..the lines have become blurrier and blurrier as this game has gone on.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

I can agree with your second point, although I think your excluding newbie scum and you think is clouded by the "too scum" fallacy. On your first point, how are we supposed to analyze actions if we arbitrarily lynch Korlash, and why exactly is korlash the one we should lynch? And arn't you the one who brought up this discussion about discussion? And why would ceaselessly ending day with out much discussion and limiting information to the town be good for the town?
No, we can not get back to lynch Korlash. What do you think about RotN's vote that put him and -1?Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

I disagree that no one brings up Day 1 discussion in following days, and if Rosso gives me premission I will link you to at least 5. I know I can find 5 Becaus a game I'm currently in just did it and a few other I have been in in the recent past, that have sense ended. Also Day 1 breadcrumbs are easier to find when there is time to actually breadcrumb, ok Einstein?
Anyway,Unvote, Vote: JesterHe seems to be going with the flow and trying to make himself more credible by bring up "something mith posted 100 years ago" I really haven't liked Jesters play at all. It seems he has a plan. Town doesn't have very distinct plans, sure they plan to lynch scum but that is more a goal then a plan.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

It's alright that you use traps and "new tactics" to try to catch scum, but in my humble opinion, those traps have more of a chance of catching the stupid then the scummy. The very idea of trapping someone and creating this grand scheme seems like you think you a much smarter then everyone else who plays mafia. I'd much rather be patient and trudge through random discussion and try to manage a decent lynch out of Day 1. Being patient and waiting for an opening to attack has done be pretty well over the years(In addition to playing mafia, I'm a semi-pro MMA fighter). In short, trapping people only works when your either far more experianced and/or more intelligent then those you're trying to trap and generally those that meticulously plan are the ones with more information. I think I just had an epiphany.
Unvote, Vote:RotNfor the original putting Korlash at -1.
P.S. I think Korlash is town due to not seeing anything that I would consider scummy. I am not gonna vote/lynch korlash at this point but may consider it in the future.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

Jester, What information do you get about how people reacted from an arbitrary random wagon? How do you cipher peoples intention when all they are doing is saying "Vote __" in bold?
First of all, I don't appreciate you answering a question directed to RotN. Second(more serious), Am I one of those 4 players?Urzassedatives wrote:Well, to be honest I picked korlash because he's annoying and stupid, and seeing as there are only like 4 players in this game whose play I respect and whome is not one of them, no I do not mind. I still prefer korlash though,Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

Korlash, It has nothing to do with me wanting Urza and I to hijack the thread. I actually scolded Urza for doing the same thing when I directed a question at Ranger of the North. If I wanted your open I would have done one of two things: Asked You or Asked everyone. The point of directing a question at someone is to get an answer from that person. Also answering a question for someone else is considered a scumtell for various reasons. Anyway, I would like Urza and RotN to answer the questions I have directed at them
And Korlash how would you feel if I answered this question:
Anyway, since I'm talking about Korlash, is the only reason that you think Jester is scum because he has changed his playstyle? Seriously, I change my playstyle on a regular basis. If you can't come up wit anything beside the fact that "I know him in RL and I've played with him alot and he's not this way" then I'm going to have toKorlash wrote:Jester, how can you say Cave has a point and yet still be voting me along with urza under the reasoning, "lynch first, discuss later."?Vote:KorlashSometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

Wow..What a ridiculous fucking reach. I was 2nd on your wagon when you were at -1 and I pulled off. If I was just trying to get a bullshit lynch I would have left my vote on you and I would have had 0 pressure on me. Don't even try to call this WIFOM because before I stepped in and said something everyone was for your lynch and most of those people are still for your lynch. I legitmately think you are scum now, especially after that reach and half.
And by your logic, you and Urza are scummates that have set a new bar for distancing.lSometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

You said if I answered jester's question you can easily make it seem like we are buddies and that there is a link there. You answered Urza's question and there has been a lot more interaction between you and Urza then Jester and I. Therefore, by your own logic, you and Urza are very distanced(for lack of a better word) scum partners.
Couldn't I just as easily not posted Korlash and just rode it? No one would have bothered me about a random vote when someone dropped the hammer page 2-3. That also would have been the path of least resistence making it oh so much easier to have you lynched for no reason, if that was my intention.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

Urza was an alt BTW. TSQ = Urzassedatives. He made it in the same name of person from MTGS which is who I thought it was. Anyway, I believe Rosso has been asked by tsq to replace him.
I didn't like your vote because you had a shit reason not because it was on Jester. Unfortunately, that is the reason that is going to get you lynched, the fact that you have crap logic.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

I have played with a few people who i have known half my life and I thought I may have had a lsightly better read but not enough drastic enough to call them out hands down. For proof, my first big game on here i think it was like 55 or something like that. I was in it with TheJiveMachine. I've known him for 5 years and I was also in a game with a guy screennamed John, I have known him as well for about 5 years. I believe I read jive correct but I read john completely wrong. And there are games where I have read Jive completely wrong and completely right. What I don't trust is your confidence and the fact that you have not made a legitmate case. I can honestly buy that he has changed his playstyle. Another thing I don't like is you have more chemistry with him, making it easier toread when ther other wants distancing, something I don't think is impossible to do very well.
Thank you for calling be a good play korlash, and FTR I voted for the comical 4th option in your poll and had intention of posting that you have a alot of potential to be an excellant player. The problem with a lot of us year and a half and less guys is that we are still developing(some exceptions to this rule). Good is relative, and I know I have progressed during my time here and I have seen some of your progression. This is another reason I don't buy meta on occasion, it depends whether or not the person has actual tells. JDog is an example of some that meta has a lot of use for. You and Me(and Jester) I don't believe it would work to well due to developing skill level.
Honestly, the dots don't mean anythingFoS:LloydNow post something usefulSometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

Cavebear took the words out of my mouth, Kira is such an ambigeuos claim because there are like at least 8(hoping for the softcore pornstar). Anyway, why name claim at this point? Before you clarify which Kira you are, by a show of hands, how many of us are fictional characters?Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

Huge FoS: LloydWhy would you answer for someone else...honestly..It's ridiculously scummy, even more so in this situation. Also.."They wanted lynchs and I'm gonna vote for the one with the most votes" is just scummy. You go for who you want..not who has more votes. I hate this post and all his other posts.. Seems like scum wanted to reignite the RotN wagon.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

Alright, since when is vote hoping non-contextual evidence. I voted all of those people for good reasons. You can not tell me that none of the people are voted for were acting scummy when I voted for them. Also the reason vote hopping is bad is when they are bandwagoning. I have not been bandwagoning at all. That is what makes hoping scummy, not just voting..Shit i can switch my vote every damn post and that doesn't reflect my alignment if I'm doing it for good reasons...or just to be annoying. Annoying people are town all the time(BM).
You on the other hand. PBPA time.
1: Random vote on Lovo.
2: Disagreeing with Lovo.
3. Asking if his UA's elipses were code after he said they were elipses
4. Saying you missed is explanation after you were scolded
5. Repeats what everyone else has been saying abot Urza and RotN vote on RotN, no FoS on Urza
6. "Hey guys I'm bandwagoning RotN and you all should ignore thanatos claim"
7. Gives Urza's replacement an excuse for not being able to speak on the subject pretty much negating most of day 1's discussion. Seems like some scum would do to protect his buddy.
8-9. Nothing
10. Attacks Lovo for saying longer day 1's are good, Agreeing with Urza.
11. Defeats by breadcrumb reasoning aka strawman's my arguement.
12. Scolds jester for his No lynch but it's just a slap on the wrist, smells like distancing
13. Defends Urza again from Cavebear's thought of stronger personalities directing lynchs. Llyod pretty much says that strong personalties are gonna dictate games regardless.
14. typos making his post almost unreadable. pretty much saying that stown can slip just as easily as scum.
15. Big table and votes me for hoping (already addressed this
16. typos are awesome.
It seems like he has been buddying up to Urza and distancing to Jester and Lovo. He also lurked all throughout the Urza and Korlash situation and only making comments on it once the situation completely diffuses. Seems to want to avoid attention and is really protective of Urza. Also tried to half as distance from Urza in order to later say he doesn't buddy up to him. I honestly think Llyod is scum and is today's best lynch. All this is in addition to a strong gut feeling.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

The hop between Jester and RotN was due to Urza's reasoning, I felt that I should have just stayed put and FoSed Jester. As Korlash said..I've actually presented reasons for the votes..ones that are actually viable not just ones based on rules that have spread wildly through the site because a few good players said it a few times.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

Oy, I got the vibe from jestert that Kira would be scum. Anyway, what I meant was to add to guardians arguement but it doesn't really matter I'm still lynching scum(Llyod).

Dizzy beat me to the prompt bitch fisting of that terrible point. You're not trying to lynch scum Llyod, your trying to lynch not you. You're grasping at straws trying to find scummy things, in a game where just about every damn player is scummy. You could have easily had an aha moment and maybe changed someone's mind but with that chance where you claimed brilliance, you tried to out the cop. If I wasn't 70% sure that you were scum, I'd probably be on Korlash still, but I'm just hoping he catchs a vig shot to the face so I don't have to waste another month pushing another lynch of someone who is soo ridiculously scummy.Sometimes a sandwich is just a sandwich.-

I'd like to hammer Lloyd, so if someone would place the lynch -1 vote and allow him to claim.
Being suspicious of Korlash is internally inconsistent with your The Jester vote.
I'm guessing Korlash is your scum buddy that you're busing, though, thanks!
"Damnit you ruined my perfect bus oppurtunity although I had several chances to hammer, remember kids Korlash is scum for 'bussing'. Good job guy who created the wagon, but hey look at me I got him lynched when I didn't vote for him or even drive the wagon I just applied unneed pressure at the end because the other guy was gonna keep apply pressure anyway. Go Town for lynching scum that isn't revealed scum"Guardian wrote:I hate you. I was going to hammer once everyone posted.
I think Korlash is scum.
