That is a very misleading description of what happened. Here's how I started out:

Adele and Pooky and maybe SSS and Sarcastro are probably the most well-known players, so they're more likely to be doc-protected and also more likely to be serial killed/vigged. For both reasons they are probably better block targets than kill targets. I would say block Adele or Pooky and kill one of the five newer players.

Note that here I'm advocating killing someone else than Sarcastro.

If Ryan is OK with it I'll quote what his role was in the kill choice. I don't take this very seriously as a scum tell, though.

after all, if the minigames were nor tactically relevant, a mod as wise and fantastic as mith (/crawl, yet true) wouldn't have bothered including them.

I have difficulties reconciling this with the floundering that followed.

By "role" I didn't mean role in the sense of townie/cop/etc, I meant how you played a part in how it happened. Sorry if that was unclear.

When I was apart of the scum team in this first subgame (before the roles were changed around) yes I thought Sarcastro would be the biggest threat to us winning. I don't know how this is a scumtell nor how it has anything to do with anything.

According to Pooky the metascum were trying to kill each other N1 so they couldn't be voted out on anything they did in the subgame. I don't really believe it either.

Sorry, what? I don't think I ever said Pooky was suspicious.

I don't really like Pooky's argument, but to be honest, I'm not sure I would feel the same way if he weren't arguing for my lynch. His argument makes sense, but I know that his conclusions are wrong, so I'm forced to argue against it.

Obviously the reason Pooky thinks I'm scum does not depend at all on my play, so it's kind of hard to defend myself. I will say, however, that there is another good reason for me to be killed Night One. I think I fall into a sort of sweet spot in this game of "well-known enough to be considered dangerous" but not "famously good enough to be doc-protected". Fiasco's pre-game PM to Max demonstrates this, and this seems like the logic Rose was using when initially suggesting my death: Sarc is a good player, and Pooky will probably be doc-protected. It seems reasonable that other people might have had similar thought processes.

Again, it's difficult to defend myself when all the relevant motives are not mine but someone else's. All I can really do, I suppose, is try to find better lynchees, but I'm having some trouble with that.

At the conclusion of the subgame, the voting phase commences. Players will have 72 hours to discuss in the thread, while submitting a vote in private, condorcet style (with tiebreakers: Smith/IRV), among the losers of the subgame. At the conclusion of the voting phase, the voting lists will be revealed, and one or two players will be eliminated from the metagame based on the results of the condorcet submissions.

Any good reason for this public voting? The votes will be public afterwards, so all I can see happening is the scum getting info here.
