Alterior motive being that you're probably scum, but of course you'd feign ignorance as to what I meant. You said we have a 1/5 chance of finding scum randomly. I am giving you a better than 1/4 chance, which is clearly greated than 1/5, since 4 is less people to look through than 5. We shouldn't give them a free pass. If they do something scummy, vote 'em. Half Jest? Come on man, every time TH has made a post in semi jest he's been attacked for it. I think we're all antsy. However, I think this thing between MoS and Tyhess is interesting. Pwayne, Tyhess has been and pretty much every reasonably big wagon.

I was really just interested if MoS was interested in all bandwagons or just his own. I did some research and the first one I came across was the doc's bandwagon. The results were interesting so I posted them. TH noted that his vote was random, I checked and he is right (he is also the first to step off said wagon).

I still don't get how its safe to assume that their is scum on every bandwagon. How can you be sure that there was scum voting for you? Maybe they were waiting for your "trap" to get enough people on for them to lynch you. Or, possibly, the people that didn't vote for you were actually scumand didn't note for you because you are scum as well, making it seem as if at least one person who was voting for you was scum, and they were all town. That would gurantee a town lynch.


And going by your theory, atleast one of:

must be scum because they were on the Flameaxe "bandwagon". To me this theory is null and void and helps us accomplish nothing becuase we no nobody's alliance at this point. If we find out that one of those people are scum, then we can look more closely at it, but at this point that's not going to help us.

If we include this one, we see that Oman has also been on 2 of the wagons. Oman was, however, first to vote MoS, so I don't think that necessarily counts.

Tyhess strikes me as most interesting if we are analysing it this way. Not only was he on MoS, but he was fourth on BS and third on Theopor.

Yeah, we've already discussed how much bandwagon hopping tyhess did earlier. The question is whether that's worth lynching him over, or whether we should just consider that newbish behavior. I personally think it was a bit too crazy, even for a newb; but I know that some disagreed with me on that.

That's why I said "if we are analysing it this way". I have said before that I don't think this makes sense as an analysis tool when you don't know anybody's alignment.

I feel like I am being misunderstood. I don't buy into the whole bandwagon scum thing. MoS and Flameaxe were, IMO, pressure wagons more than anything. If evidence comes out indicating that somebody was on one of those wagons for any other reason than pressure (ie a lynch) then I will think it is significant. Otherwise, I actually agree with what vollkan and tyhess are saying.
