Not super fond of the Heat wagon, maybe it's just because he asked where I was. Why would he care if I was being quiet when town was plenty active at that point other than to try and sort me? Seems too proactive to be scum.

Proactive -acting in anticipation of future problems, needs, or changes.

Just in regards to asking where I was. That one action was proactive. That doesn't mean he gets a pass for the rest of the game from me, just why I'm not scumreading him currently.

Fear of Titus is something scum use in almost every game where I am town. I pulled the closest example.

From the wiki

Unless an accusor is able to demonstrate that a player has a significant tendency to do something more frequently as scum than town, or that there is a particular incentive for scum to act in that manner, then the argument is logically dubious.

1) scum do fear of Titus and get significant gains from it when they do.
2) Discrediting me is significant incentive and I also have trouble shaking off early wagons.
3) Town almost never, if ever RVS me in that manner.
