Panzer's logical investigation would be for originality. He was voting for him at the end of day 1, and thus, he would most likely be the person panzer thought to be most scummy.

I'm going to make the safe assumption that Distad's win condition is something like "win when comprise of 50% of the town or more" which he fulfills, being only me and him.

Interestingly enough, my win condition (which I cannot quote) contains a "survive-to-win" aspect. I cannot do anything BUT that which gives me the greatest chance at survival.

So really, win conditions have nothing to do with it.

Oh and the prisoner's dilema is a well recognised thing around MS in terms of going for the win or the tie.
