I would point out that FoSsing him to get him to talk is a waste of time, as he left the site.

TS, if there are consequences, what do you think they are? If you were modding a game where someone had a post restriction, how many times would you allow them to break it before you would modkill them? Because Fircoal's first 2 or 3 posts (I didn't bother goin any further) already clearly break the pr, and NaR has admitted to breaking it at least twice. Or perhaps, if it causes loss of night ability, why did SV confirm he had manipulated IH's vote (on acciddent) and he claim to have caused CDB's double vote? What other punishments can there possibly be?

Though I like the fact that the game is picking up pace, ie the HH-wagon, I think the argument against HH is weaker than the argument against NaR.

And I am a bit concerned with the speed the HH-wagon has picked up, to some extent.

When we're dealing the possibility with lynch -1, better safe than sorry IMO (i.e, better to put him at -3 until everything's resolved than to let a scum quicklynch if he's actually town).

Regardless, it's not -1 now (Shanba unvoted for sure), so it's safe for Lowell or someone else to vote for HH (returning him to lynch -2).

He's admitted to breaking his post restriction today and yesterday. Fircoal broke it with impunity day 1. I think he's lying about it.

hmm i dont think the votes on NaR are justified. The fact is, Lowell only made a few posts in the game, the vast majority of which were made pre-Lynch discussion. As FoSing, and Lynch Voting only took place after the bells were distributed, it is possible that he was able to post normally until it was lynchin time, in which case his claim actually fits.
After the bells were decided, there was a period of about 2 months where he didnt post, until he made his last post, JUST AFTER RECIEVING A VOTE. Now its possible that NaR is BSing, but i find it incredibly unlikely.
I mean, Fircoals comments even fit such a claim.

nice idea, but in practice its hard for somebody who replaces in, to explain the actions of a predecessor. I'm just pointing out that this wagon is illogical, and seems like a scum attempt to derail the HH wagon.

I see my wagon as more than a little scummy, with both the speed in which it built and then how quickly people jumped off. Shanba's behaviour concerns me the most, with how quickly he slid over to NaR without much effort.

I think that NaR's replacement should be able to explain the missed posting restrictions, but I really don't get the feeling that NaR is really lying about that or his other claimed abilities - influencing others' votes. I'm not a fan of post restrictions that limit peoples' ability to contribute, but I've seen it happen enough that it's believable. I actually find that his restriction and abilities support the possiblity that he is a serial killer.

I don't really support lynching someone in absentia, so I'm not in favor of a NaR lynch - yet.

I don't quite understand why my reaction baffles you. I simply think you might be a scum who decided to hop off the fast moving lynch when it stalled. It shouldn't matter that the wagon was on me or someone else.

I can see why you might want to spur discussion, but jumping off my wagon and voting for someone who needs replacing doesn't seem to make sense. It's even more suspicious because of this statement.

I would prefer not to have the thread cluttered with FoSes for NaR when we have no idea when the replacement will come in. My proposal was just so that we could start FoSing/Voting once we knew the replacement was around and posting.
