I don't think we're reading the same game. TS' behaviour didn't really seem that scummy to me earlier on, but in no way would I consider it to be decidely town. Can you elaborate on why you feel that way?

My concerns about her have stemmed from her declarations of innocence that are steadfast, but uncertain.

hmm this game has dragged for a while, and i probably need a reread of todays candidates for lynch, but i do distinctly remember reading TS at some point, and finding innocent newb town.

Wizardcat: Moves his vote a lot during Day 1 bell distribution, thinks IH is town and Cloud scummy, claimed Pete (mailman) with backup from the bulletin board. I think he's telling the truth about his role, but I'm not sure whether that role is town or scum.

StallingChamp/HackerHuck: Believes Lowell claim, wants to give him the initial bells, attacks acfan for his desire to have Lowell reveal his innocent, wants to stop the flow of bells to Lowell because Lowell might not be the real cop , says we should not assume that Lowell is cop , points out why having Lowell reveal his innocent is a bad thing, does not believe the Lowell claim... wait a minute, that's a direct contradiction!

To the doubters, I believe the claim.

Honestly, why would a scum fake claim like that? Early on, such as this, all that could happen is the real cop counters, outs the scum, and gets protected every night by the doc.

Realistically, it makes no sense for them to take such a huge risk, with little payout. Everyone will naturally be more suspicious of him than the average guy. Assuming he is the real cop is our best option here, since it will cost us little. Lynching him now could cost us a power role, but letting him live will force him to bus his buddies or be lynched.

To be clear, I do not believe the claim..

Tht being said, I am pretty much with Cloud on this one, that we might as well act neutral towards him, for now anyways.

As IH insinuated, I strongly suggest we STOP the flow of bells to Lowell. Treat him as unclaimed for the sake of special treatment.

I wasn't trying to rush the day, I was trying to get the bells given quickly so we could get to the lynching/discussion
you'd only see the breadcrumbing if you werre familiar with the game... Also, I think that we should have tried to use day two to actually learn something. Just lynching who the cop says is scum right away is bad in my opinion.

Lowell, Shanba never unvoted HackerHuck. Unless GL counts Shanba's new vote as an unvote/vote (rules post doesn't clarify), you've just put HH at lynch -1. Are you sure you want to do that?

Also, I want you to read my 866 again and tell me where you think I was saying that nobody else should give their opinions. As far as I can tell, my 866 consisted of effectively saying "Hey guys, HH is at lynch -2. Let's not vote for him until he's had a chance to claim and defend himself" (the unspoken and, IMO, obvious reasoning being that putting HH at lynch -1 lets scum quicklynch him if he is town).
