But as pointed out, people don't listen to me because I get into tunnel mode. Not sure why though cause my points are usually solid, even if the person is town.
Spamposting and egofights. After a while I started glossing over your posts. While you may be great at scumhunting (and kudos for nailing scum) and great at appearing town (kudos for getting NK'd) you're not that great at persuasion.

I didn't trust you on day 2 because of your Majiffy push on day 1. I realize it's a recent-meta thing, but he was very much playing like he'd played in two recent games I'd played with him. In one, I defended him against scum-Thor and he self-hammered. In the other (a game we both replaced into), I contributed quite a bit to his getting mislynched.

It's kind of a double-edged sword. Your tunneling gets you towncred pretty easily, and you might be able to push a lynch on another player, but it's also likely to backfire and result in a mislynch if your target can't fight back well enough. I've been finding that tunneling is more often town than scum, at least in my experience, so when I'm tunneled upon I'll often give that player town points, but that's not a surefire tactic, either.

mafia is a game of paranoia and trust.
I didn't really expect you to listen to me because you don't know me as a player. But, by the same token, even though I townread you for your tunneling, mostly, I didn't listen to you much after that.

I have to apologise to Pine for my play. I just couldn't get into this game and I don't know why.
I got real apathetic when Scripten pointed out how casual I was about Pine 'fake-claiming' on me. He knew, and I knew, town me would have tunneled Pine into the ground and I think I just decided to give up after that.
Really good game and I thought town played really well.
Thanks for modding Arc!
Meta this. Meta that. Meta Everything. Meta is not a good scum-hunting tool. PEOPLE CAN MANIPULATE THEIR META. Stop it. Stop. It. Now.

i keep having this weird tendency
of townreading everyone who scumreads me
it freaks me out

I would definitely be interested in your games in the future Arc! Once I get back from V/La though.
Lol Mathdino, good thing I died then! The only reason I seemed quiet was because people (such as you :p) were posting too much! Day 1 was crazy long. ..
My main regret about this game was that Insanity and I didn't really cross paths. I've modded 2 games she played in and I was looking forward to playing with her. I wanted to see if I could turn around her read on my slot. And I was really impressed with how obvtown she was.

I think there's a difference between accountability and responsibility.
It's the responsibility of a player to not get himself/herself lynched. It's their responsibility if they do (outside of LyLo and role shenanigans IMO).
But votes are a matter of accountability and they should be held accountable for the beliefs they had.

I wonder how things would have worked out if I hadn't claimed watcher to Scripten on Night 2.
I'm glad you did! If you hadn't, I probably would have town-read Pine a lot harder.
Pine, did you come up with the role part of your fakeclaim as well as flavor? If you had claimed something like a cop, I might have been less suspicious of your claim.
Eh, I'd be too concerned about running into a real cop. It's a moot point. Cop + Watcher would have screwed me even more than Tracker + Watcher
Probably should have rolled the dice on a Scripten-tracking result

Eh, it's okay. The plan was for you to push back and get me lynched, but it worked out the way it did. A straightforward win based on that tactic would have been less fun than what we got

I am very excited for this!!!
If you do a mini again, lmk. I.can't deal with large games
You already got the answer to this but I want to explain how glad I feel after taking the right decision. Although I gave a very short time for fferyl to catch up in neighbor hood but it did worked in town's favor which was purpose of it. If I had resumed the game without night extension it would probably impacted fferyl game on next day phase.

I completely agree with this.
And Thank you Insanity. looking forward to see in my future games and also would love to see this team play again sometime soon.

I thought I was doing that with regards to him. I couldn't come up with any
Since he can't post in this thread and defend himself or correct me, I don't really want to get into what I thought was going on with his play. On a general level, he and I almost never agree in our day 1 reads and I basically ignore his reads and focus on other aspects of his play to develop a day 1 read. The way he greeted my first reads list was the start of my townread.

I hope everyone seen the Tribute video. I am glad i made that.. It will remain as remembrance of this game And it is nice to see all your names with dinosaurs & theme music:)
And, Grib where are you? And I also miss Majiffy. Sad that he got banned from the site. He is a great player and very chilled out except he like violating rules !!!
