Anyway it actually doesn't work for fferyllt. fferyllt's in the neighborhood and thus gets notified of his actions. It only works if we have confirmation that Scripten won't die, which he probably will if we come up with all these plans.

To clarify, if Scripten doesn't die, fferyllt can decide to watch herself and confirm or deny whether he self/fferyllt targeted.

Yeah it'd only work on ffery if Scripten had a way of kicking her out of the hood.

Try to see it from my point of view, then. Currently, I have a confirmed guilty on one of two players and I have to essentially guess which one.

Also, plenty easy enough to search your posts to see how you play as town. :)

Different players for me, but this.

The game state currently is a schrodinger's box and all the pressure to vote in the world isn't going to rush me.

I srsly want pine to be scum because that makes it all very easy from here. And I don't trust my wants in solving games. I've been on the wrong side of Shaheed's law, and in fact was on the wrong side of it in a no-win kingmaker situation when the SK told me to ~~believe~~ what would make a town win possible.

That offers quite the predicament. fferyllt could then watch me, but the issue is that we'd have to decide an action claiming order for tomorrow. The 2nd person could easily just agree with the 1st person.

Hey guys,

Really sorry about being V/LA at a time like this. After about 3pm tomorrow (UK Time) I'll be back to playing at my regular activity levels.

Got an assignment due in Uni tomorrow, still have 2,400 words to write. I'm all over the place right now.

If anyone has anything super urgent for me to respond to (haven't read up fully) just bold it for me in the next few posts and I'll get to it as soon as I can.

Scripten, can you PM the mod asking the questions I just asked? Want to make the tracker test optimal just in case you end up not dying.

Fine. Let's follow this algorithm:

50% chance of targeting me
25% chance of targeting fferyllt
25% chance of targeting yourself
If the last 2 don't work, then just don't target anyone.

fferyllt, watch yourself tonight.
Pine, track Scripten tonight.

Tomorrow, we're going to have Pine claim whether or not I was added to the hood. If not, and if Scripten is alive to comment, fferyllt will claim whether or not Scripten visited her.
Scripten, feel free to alter this with any gambits of your own. That said, I'd recommend going with this.

Actually... No

I'm pulling my support of Math's plan, and here's why:

It proves nothing of value

Tracker and Watcher can both be scum roles, and often are. Correctly tracking Scripten proves only my role, not my alignment. Therefore, proving that I am a Tracker provides no clarifying evidence. Scum will inevitably argue that I am either a scum Tracker or that I straight up guessed correctly, and we're in exactly the same position we're in now

I'll be tracking ffery. Doing so will either reconfirm that he's the scumfuck I think he is, or give me a surprise innocent on him, derailing a mislynch. Either way, it is more productive than tracking Scripten, which, again, would not actually prove my alignment

If this game doesn't end with a mislynch today, I'll decide what I do overnight.

If it doesn't end with a mislynch it means Pine is town or he threw away a perfectly good day 3 endgame.
