This is a post generally indicative of lazy scum:
DragonsofSummer wrote:I have no idea what is going on. If these games were really developing at all I would have a reason to post. As it is I don't really see anything worth while that has happened, and imo BM is just being BM and not more scummy than usual yet.
And mainly I just wanted to see your response to it... or get you to post at all. That you would find it necessary to throw it back in my face is noted. IGMEOY.

That being said, I don't think you're a good lynch today. I still think we should lynch BM.

Maybe it'll catch.

All right, I cooled off.

I'll reassess my position in this game, and I will only vote BM if I believe him to be the proper candidate, not simply because he's Battle Mage.

unaccuse, Accuse: TCS
What TCS' post #100 actually means wrote:DoS, it's scummy to ask someone voting for you why they think you are scum. At least I got you to post. The fact that you brought up
me
in your post is noted. But, all in all I don't think your a great lynch today, mostly because today is the deadline and I have 4 votes on me and BM only has 3, so I am going to unaccuse you and accuse BM to save my own arse.
From your reaction to the lynch in Clue 2 I think you are scum in at least 1 of these other games, and you seem town in Clue 1; top that off with post #100 and the obvious lynch avoidance tactic earns you my vote.

Ok, my new policy is to absolutely ignore Battle Mage unless he does something out of the ordinary. Acting scummy, making unfounded accusations, extrapolating things no one else would extrapolate, OMGUSing, and claiming on day one will all be considered ordinary activity.

Dragons of Summer is providing zero content for this game. None. Nada. Bupkiss. At least I'm making you think I'm all scum. That's worthless of me, but I'd rather have a game with 15 Battle Mages than 15 lurkers.

All right, now that I've outed myself in Clue 1, I can tell you why I'm going to
Accuse: Jack
. In the other game, I am Wadsworth, FBI Agent, and my role is Cop, not Roleblocker. I don't think his flavor claim makes sense.

actually TCS, i am pretty sure that the same flavour has different roles in all 3 games. a name which has been previously outed as scum, is protown for me in another, thus i think this supports Jacks claim...

Look TCS you can single me out all you want but here is the deal. It is very hard to post in a game where as you have said yourself very few people are posting on a regular basis. You want content. Fine I think you are scummy in all the games as I've said before because you are trying to bully people into doing what you want them too as I've also said before.

You also make a valid point that it is easier to see you as a scum because you are one of the few posting on a regular basis. I've tried to bump this thread myself before and no one seems interested in actually playing this game at all and as such I post even less than I do on a normal basis here.

I think it would be better to lynch someone who is actually doing something scummy. My behavior in this game is absolutely consistent with TCS-town. I like to build wagons and I like to lay down hammers. That part of the game is fun to me. Right now I'm suspicious of
everyone
in this game, so I doubt how much I can really help you.

Dredging up the past a bit, I really don't like this post. Post 100 was my obvious frustration with Battle Mage. I'm in at least five games with him at the moment, and I was having a bad day for tolerating his nonsensical accusations and extrapolations. Furthermore, I think your reason for voting me is
really
weak. You're claiming my behavior in another game affects my behavior in this one. It doesn't. I've been pushing hard in the Clue games for the same reason I push in
any
game--the day is dragging and no one else has taken an active role in hunting out scum.

If you can point to what specifically about my "reaction" to my lynch in Clue 2 leads you to believe I'm scum in another game, I would appreciate it.

Opportunistic? He thought he had a tell based on role/flavor. Anyone who re-reads can clearly see that. A Jack wagon wouldnt do him any good anyhow.
Jack is on his own wagon and can jump off at anytime
. That means it still wouldnt help TCS if the deadline came down to himself and Jack.
I heard a term in another game. "Poisoning the well". Your characterization of TCS' vote on Jack as opportunistic is completely, obviously off base, and so I can only assume you are trying to poison his well with unfounded accusations. My vote stays on BM.

poison his well?
that just sounds wrong. its also BS. TCS is near a lynch. TCS tries desperately to pick up on the slightest of things in order to derail the wagon on him.
opportunistic.
but dont worry, when he comes up scum, you can be tomorrows play :)

I have a question on strategy. When I get close to lynch, am I just supposed to shut up, stop talking, and cease scumhunting, all in order to make it seem less like I'm trying to "derail my own lynch"? I think this would be a useless play, personally. So characterizing my play to this point as an attempt to "derail" is not productive. Everyone tries to derail their own lynch, scum or town, and trying to paint it as an obvious scum play is frankly weak as hell.

My bad Jack, I missed you hopping off of your wagon.

@BM - it was a blatant mischaracterization of his play. Without the fact that we know different roles are different in the 3 games, it would have been a great find. I'll accept your challenge for tomorrow because I really dont see TCS as scum in this game. I've seen him trying hard to keep these games going, but that is not a scum tell FYI.
I have a degree in bullshit. I have patents on entire lines of bullshit. So don't sit here and feed me a line of bullshit and think that I'm not going to recognize it as one.
