I didn't know that announcing a survival happened for any role. I read the setup and the only mention of it was in the angels section, which is why I assumed the survival was an angel protect.

I want to hear the acolyte confirm though before anyone claims.

I didn't say madcitrus was scum? And I wasn't aware that he fully claimed acolyte just that he didn't follow fonts fake claim in post 700. And I didn't know fonts alignment, I just assumed she was town because I thought madcit's survival meant he was protected. I had no clue that other survivals were announced and don't know how I would have known without fully reading another wh game.

I'm fine with blowing up mist if what you say is true. I just want to hear someone confirm it before we have claims.

How does it not make sense?

1. Titus announced Citrus survived a kill.
2. Titus's rules say only about announcing a survival when an angel successfully protects someone.
3. Thus I thought that surviving a kill = an angel protected them.
4. therefore I assumed font to be town.

Mod confirmed in my PT that Angel Protections are explicitly mentioned. So either the Fanatic got super lucky and super unlucky on the same Night, or we have a confirmed Witch Trick. After Night 1, the only one who could survive a kill without Protection (at least in this version) would be a checked!Fanatic.

It's not too hard to claim Priest, Rubicon. It is hard, however to have an Acolyte back you up. If the one steps up, and Ika proves to be false, we've caught the second scum.

It's better for the Acolyte to counterclaim because it allows the real Priest to stay hidden. But yes, no need for anyone to claim unless they're counterclaiming.
