Since no one did this yesterday, let's play a game of what's wrong with this claim. First off, that claim name is way too crowded. The only things I believe are "Demon Scenter Searching Empathic", but I will get to that. The second red flag is the fact that Shos has no idea how his abilities work. Now Cephrir abilities may be confusing, but you can generally get a good idea how they work by reading your freaking role PM, where all the abilites are listed in a nice little row. The third red flag is where he thinks the dueling ability is probably like a vig. Are you kidding me? He supposedly has "Vigilante" in his role name, and he doesn't know if he can vig or not?! Please. In reality, I think his actual role name looks something like this:

Given that Cephrir has a history of over powering his SKs (FE:A had a hexmage SK who could produce an additional SK), it makes sense that this SK would get information about what targeted him, while searching out his puppets via target, and if being off, getting information on them. He probably can't kill directly.
