He's done more out of the group, because he's been more active than the rest of the group. While interacting with your group should be priority #1, doesn't mean you should ignore the rest of the game, like you instigating a discussion with me and me responding.

He interacted with his group while they were active, and while they weren't but he was still available, he still put his best effort into the game.

Initial thoughts are that there is almost definitely a scum in Huckleberries. I lile Xayzeck, for the scumbutt I was thinking Pants initially for his seeming paranoia in RVS. Now leaning Maru, hated their opening and their Xayzeck read. Pants and Maru should be cross voting.

Overall liking Naz more than sns right now. We should absolutely be hunting outside of our groups and I am wary of anyone suggesting we shouldn't. If there's something you want to ask of someone and the people in the group aren't asking it you definitely should be. Plus only interacting in our groups allows any d1 scum to completely avoid any relational tells .

see above post. I consider all groups to have one scum, because, we have to lynch from all groups regardless. So rather than saying "while I think X is town, and Y is null, I'm going to go ahead and vote my Y-Null read, because, hey. I have to" it's easier to just process of elimination as scum.

let's *not* try to direct other groups. If anyone crossvotes it should be me and xayzeck, and pants gets the hammer. But I won't agree to that, because I know pants thinks I am scum because I chose to ignore the fact that I have a 33% chance of being *REQUIRED* to miss-lynch a townie by game rules, and pretend in my happy go lucky make believe world, that I'm either lynching town, or lynching scum.

You dip. That's what I said. Just don't give reads or try to sway an opinion of someone outside of your group. That's what scum will do. Of course we can't just interact within our group. We've all been interacting with each other already. Ask questions and scum hunt outside of your group but don't state your opinions of others until tomorrow imo. If you don't agree fine, but I'm playing it how it makes sense to me.

I'm definitely fine with my vote on NM now.

"He's more active" is a really shallow reason for a townread. What do you actually think of their posts? In particular Pant's selfvoting 'self-voting' and that whole mess on page 2.

P-Edit: I don't mean to play overlord. I just treat this set-up like a regular game except I have a vote restriction. People are free to take what I say and agree or disagree with it.

Pant's self voting as soon as I saw it i knew was a stupid insincere way to make a funny RVS, for (i'm assuming) someone who doesn't like the RVS stage. I already knew self-votes weren't counted. I didn't say he was more active was my townread. I town-read him specifically for saying essentially what me and snscompt just said. He said we should not try to point scum at people outside of our groups, or try to influence others' day1-votes. I don't remember exactly, but it was a post near the top of page two that made me fall in love with dr pants. all the back and forth day one "self voting, he sheeped an ego post, etc" bullshit was just day1 filler to get the game started. Dr Pants kicked off the actual content in the game with his page 2 posts, and he did so in a towny light. Therefore, in my happy go lucky make believe world where I have a chance of lynching scum, I used process of elimination to determine of dr pants was NOT scum, that meant xayzeck WAS scum. The reason I didn't vote him is that would put two votes on him, and i believed both of the other groups had a single vote out already, meaning we had a *CHANCE* that if I had put down the second vote, I put the game at L-2, and in this setup scummer can justifiabley quick-hammer an L-2 without *TOO* much suspicion if they play it right.

I didn't want that to happen.

Except that it isn't simply that you have a voting restriction. Two groups have one scum and one group has none. You can't simply treat it like a voting restriction when the setup can't be compared to a normal game. Your opinions are fine but they have the ability to sway others which is no bueno.

You know you're town right? Which means there is most likely scum between me and Naz. But when you look at the other groups. Out of those three people, you know NONE of their alignments. How will you know if you're defending town or scum? How will you know whether you're accusing town or scum? Everyone in their own group knows their alignment, which means they know who they have to accuse. You on the other hand, or any of us for that matter, don't know...unless you're scum. Each person has a better idea about their own group than everyone else, which means hopefully their gut and scum reading is better since they know their alignment.

Swaying others and telling others to vote someone else outside their own group is not good. Give your big reads tomorrow. Focus on today first and focus on your group who has a 2/3 chance of having scum.
