Same. Need third game NOW.
Also, esurio's playing through it and I asked her thoughts and predictions and such (obv super-spoilers ahead). She's gotten the Tenmyouji ending first and I think she's working her way towards Clover's at the moment.
- Tenmyouji is a time traveler of some sort.
- She's incredibly suspicious of Clover, and still thinks Alice is All-Ice.
- When asked who Zero Sr. is, she responded sarcastically, "obviously Sigma from the future."
- When asked who K is, she responded again, "Sigma from the future."
She's on the right track with most of these even if she was joking...
I'm going to enjoy this. (it's also fun picking up on tons of little things after I know the full story). If you don't know how to lie, then how do you know when you're being lied to?

Holy shit, Little Mac is going to be in Super Smash Bros? One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.-

It took me awhile to figure out that you guys weren't talking about some future continuity of the Mega Man X series of which I was unaware. In post 504, Gammagooey wrote:those are the best guesses

Played through a couple of the classes today for Wildstar.
This game is really impressing me. I've "forced" myself to buy into other MMOs previously, like FF14 and Rift and Aeon. This one, though... it's a breath of fresh air. It feels like it took all the best parts from MMOs I've enjoyed and rolled them into one. The combat system is really refreshing (a better version of GW2's combat), and the "Paths" system makes each experience unique. So far I've mostly enjoyed the Explorer path, climbing buildings and doing jumping puzzles, but I also really like the Builder/Settler path where you collect parts to build temporary constructs and buildings to buff allied players in the area.
I really think Wildstar has the potential to be the WoW-killer, if it plays its cards right.green shirt thursdays-

YES!!!! I loved fallout 3 but I was really disappointed with New Vegas. I hope Fallout 4 goes back to the survival/horror.
Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Really? Wow, that's the opposite of what I've heard from most people. I hadn't played fallout before 3, but I thought New Vegas was just a far more polished game.In post 514, Nero Cain wrote:YES!!!! and honestly it is a great game. My 2nd favorite WRPG hands down. (next to Dragon Age: Origins) ...I've seen playthroughs of 3 and it just seems to really pale in comparison.
I really hope 4 is more like new vegas than 3.
But hey everyone has their preferences! I feel a preference for 3 is probably more rare, though.
Also new civ 5 expansion is pretty fun but yeah with trade routs you can get RIDICULOUS amounts of gold per turn...
I played a 12 hour (standard size) game with my boyfriend yesterday and he was getting like 700+ gold per turn midgame without having a golden age. He was on Bablyon, I think.-

I think the writing is much better in New Vegas. Its main downside is that it was a totally broken game at launch.
It does have a different atmosphere than Fallout 3, though, so I could see someone liking Fallout 3 more if they really like the atmosphere.-

Mostly this though I remember not caring about the New Vegas storyline much. I know that New Vegas took place (20 years?) after the events of Fallout 3 so it wasn't going to be the EXACT same type of game but everything feels so "together". I vastly preferred Fallout New Vegas, partly because I think a lot of the mechanics were tightened, and also because, as a guy who played Fallout 1 and 2, I liked that it was a very similar setting to the things I've seen before, with a story that I actually cared about because I knew the NCR; Fallout 3 being in the Capitol Wasteland was kinda weird, especially when they tried to justify things like Harold or the Enclave crossing the country. Frankly, I'm not convinced their reasoning for that was anything more than that Bethesda loves to set games in the DC/Maryland area because that's where their offices are. Plus, I really hated the way they blocked off the surface so that you had to go crawling through the seweres; my sense of direction is terrible enough without throwing me in a maze.
That said, I don't feel the difference in quality is great enough to say that somebody else is weird for preferring Fallout 3. So I guess this whole post was unnecessary. One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly.
