Zmuffin voted Casso, and when asked for reasons, he pointed to a post which came after his vote. So, either his reasoning strengthened since then, or he voted to engage, or he he just came up with reasoning after the fact. I am not yet sure and he is hard to read. What is the scum motivation in "camping" a vote. I figured zMuffin is a good enough player as scum that her could contrive reasoning for a vote.In post 2504, Ser Arthur Dayne wrote:Okay
I'll go look at that again.
Anyway while you're here does the muffin scumread on casso look natural to you or not. I mean the way he just votes casso first with weak reasoning then strengths it after casso attack them. (Okay I'm probably not getting my point across but does it look like they're trying to make a camping vote look better by putting forth reasons after they're attacked so it looks like they're initial vote was stronger or not? <-- probably still confusing but w/e )

F16, I can't do POE because I can't read most players here well anyways, so my PoEing would lead to really bad accuraacy
But I do know that I find Cabd's hydra and Nacho's hydra to be very scummy, as in probably scum.
And the rest of the scum I think are in the people I Can't read well or are just lurking anyways, or people I haven't really looked at enough since the site has been down
like I applaud people who can do PoE in this large a game, I only do that when I'm in like 5p lylo. lol-

I played in both of those games and I agree with what you're saying here. Death's diner could also be a baseline for scum-zmuffin replacing onto a game that was already long and fast-moving. He came into the game with a healthy wagon on him and a bunch of players pushing him. His reaction to pressure here is "meh". There he argued his wagon to a standstill and was never under serious scrutiny again during the game.In post 2498, F-16_Fighting_Falcon wrote:I haven't finished analyzing him but the notable thing I found in Touhou in his initial posts was that he displayed a specific kind of opportunism. When Pie and Varsoon went through a TvT back and forth, he supported Varsoon and pushed against Pie's arguments. This despite the fact that Pie had better arguments (or at least so I thought). I believe his motivation was that he figured Varsoon was a better player to buddy to because Varsoon was more hard headed and unlikely to turn on him as long he continued to support him in his arguments against Pie. Muffin went against the flow and didn't hop onto Varsoon and as such avoided the common pitfall of bandwagoning scum. The main difference I found with his towngame was that Cash Cabd, it seemed like he was legitimately scumhunting. His push on Humble Poirot and continued questioning and desire to get to the depth of the matter presented a very different feel than the opportunism in Touhou. I am not done yet so those are my initial thoughts. His play here is nothing like his town or scum play so I have no idea what is going on yet.
This game isn't like either of those games.-

the way you all are talking about how he/she is nothing like him/her as town or scum in past games
leads me to believe that he/she is intentionally playing differently to meta-dodge
i mean, that's my first inclination in my head when you say that
it's like how one time I went all serious just because I wanted to give them a different look in one of my past scum games. Change it up, you know?
I mean, muffin could just play up his town meta if he/she wanted to, probably, right? Plus, all the attention being given after he/she won a scum game lately and got nommed?
just my thoughts, as I have no past experience with him/her-

bad gambit, bad reads, weird mara blatantly lying about our meta to discredit me. really her whole reaction to me putting them in my scum team was off base:In post 2524, BROseidon wrote:@F16: You liar tell when stating that you're town but then don't liar tell that you don't know who scum are.
@Desp: What's the MC case? I've been townreading them all game and I get back to a bunch of "MC is scum" posts.
VOTE: MC

No, mad is closer. I was disappointed about his lack of engagement. I'm mad at myself/the server/life because that's changed and I haven't had a chance to take advantage of itIn post 2519, Bert wrote:

I thought it was odd that all your scumreads are active players. I disagree with some of them, but I'll think about your reads as I mull over my own reads list.In post 2522, Desperado wrote:@ geists: what is the full lurker list and who do you think is scum from it?
Current lurkers: SSK, BRO, GM, Sakura, Brian, and until the last day or so, you. BRO lurking as town is not unusual. SSK is pro at lurking whatever his alignment. I want to know what Nati's currently thinking about him.
Of those 6, the two I most worry about are Sakura and Brian right now.-

Mostly based on Brian's proxy-vote comment and the complete lack of Sakura with the exception of one post as I did my catch-up.In post 2537, Desperado wrote:

SSK was also completely missing, but...SSK. On my own I'd probably put him in that group despite how often I've tried to mislynch him when we were both town.-

So I sheeped a townread that I know gets good scumreads faster than I do.
