I much prefer to play as scum or any alignment power role. Least favorites though are roleblockers/jailkeepers cu I dont know how to use them effectively (yet).

It's not defending....? Did we not discard a bunch of cards and then show them to each other? I hate roleblockers/jailkeepers for exactly the reason I stated. I dont like using something i cant figure out. Its useless to me and i find it irritating. I much prefer things like watcher, tracker, cop, doc, when it comes to town roles.

Ok. I can understand that. But is it a scum tell? We discarded cards; it doesnt take a genius to know you'll want to ask people about their discards. It's part of the game. It isnt like some taboo subject that has to be danced around. It wasn't subtle or covert; I thought it was rather obvious I was referring to my discard. My bad?

Roleblocker is a lot like JK. I've had JK twice and fucked it up both times. I dont know how to use it properly, so it makes me feel like I'm just flailing around doing nothing. It doesnt give me any info and I've never JK'd successfully. Doc is a lot like too and probably wouldnt include doc in that list tbh. I like info roles. Hence why I prefer scum roles too, because scum know who the town are. That makes me feel better and gives me a plan of action. As town, day one is sooo... frustrating.

I'm being honest. What else am I supposed to say? Someone asked why I don't like roleblockers and asked what the trouble I have with them is; I answered. If you want to use that as a case against me, then that's you're choice. It sounds like that's what you've already decided to do, so... what's the point in continuing with this?

Didnt realize I was voting for JW. I dont see a problem with cheery also voting a "non-person". When they come around or get replaced, it can be evaluated. For now, nothing else has struck me.

Not doing much cuz there's not mucb to do. Also, deadline at work makes having any time for scum hunting somewhat difficult. We're done today so this weekend should be big re-read time.
Re: CDB's question, its great for later use. Right now though, we're wasting time. People's preferences will affect what they chose but the discard doesnt give any information; not to mention - um.. scum lie? But I've seen town lie so much recently I dont know anything anymore. Anyway thats not my point.
I'm currently mobile so I'll need to reread and will quote/post reads and vote when i get home tonight.

Let's not lynch mac please? I've played with him several times and this is typical of his style (as either alignment). I have not gotten any scummy vibes from him thus far. I will take a closer look at his ISO and tell you what I think based on what I know of his meta, but in the meantime this seems a hasty and forced lynch.
the speed with which this wagon formed is rather alarming and I'd be willing to bet there's more than one scum on it. Something to consider.

First thoughts on a bit of rereading are making me lean grim, especially a lot of the wifom-based conclusions he's come to in order to justify his votes/arguments. I'll try to get something more indepth to you tonight. I dont remember if i was voting anyone so UNVOTE: until i can get to that.

Ok. I'm here now. I'm gonna ISO people and give some quick and dirty reads because I have to go to bed and wake up early for work. I'd actually enjoy the chance to talk through some of my reads with people. Since we're not close to deadline, I probably will not be much fun until the weekend, but I'll try at least to keep up on the reading and pop in when I have something to add, but otherwise, my apologies in advance for being a shmucky lurker. Everyone sorta seems town; but I havent done any ISOs. I know I'm terrible. Anyway I'm done with the overtime today and do plan on giving this game sole attention when I get home.
