Nominate Marketplace Mafia for Best Town Performance
Day 1 town daykilled the first scum and had the only mislynch of the entire game. Town constructed a transfer system utilizing the mechanic that kept money in the town's hands for the rest of the game, allowing them to procure the NK three nights over scum, regardless of the fact that scum had an initial advantage with money amounts.
All of the remaining 3 lynches were on scum and the two nights that town directed the NK they hit scum. With only ONE town-directed kill being on town of SEVEN, I would say that it was a great game.
Additionally, a 4 person town neighborhood was constructed consisting of SlumberPartyBois (Kanye+Myself), Tammy, Mehdi and VoidedMafia that controlled the game and implemented secret strategies from the QT. The ONLY scum of the six that was caught by a PR role was not only killed for it but was reaction tested with the information, allowing town to glean from it another scum. The town trusted each other and all replacements were rock solid, and out of all games I've ever played in this game town was absolutely calm, rational, and mainly cohesive. Wonderful performance by town from the get-go.SlappyKrust-

*cracks knuckles*
Izak, you unleashed a monster.
First off, I'd like toSecond Paranoia Mafia for Most enjoyablebecause how was that not done ever? Definitely the most fun I've ever had playing Mafia and I really hope it wasn't lost to the crash.
Now, on to what I'm really here for.I nominate the following games for Outstanding Mish Mash Game.
- Planet MafiaScum, moderated by izakthegoomba
This was an open-ended game the likes of which we're never going to see again (until the sequel). First of its kind, players took control of countries, and did...well, basically, whatever the fuck they wanted. The game lasted for over a year and would still be going today if not for the Rollback. The truly impressive thing about it is that everything behind the scenes was controlled and regulated. izak wasn't making shit up as he went, there were formulas, tables and other smartness to actually simulate things, which is just mind-boggling.
- Survivor: Seafoam Islands, moderated by kloud1516 and animorpherv1
First off, I won, which should automatically give it the award. Aside from that, this game is an example of everything we strive for in Mish Mash with the larger games. It was fun, well-paced, had originality and even drama. This is a game that the players still remember and talk about to this day, and while it may not be the most "innovative" on my list, it's certainly a solid example of what Mish Mash should be about.
- SPITFLY, moderated by mykonian
SPITFLY stands for Second Place Is First Loser, Y'All. It was an innovative voting game where players had to balance campaigning for votes with not succeeding...just go read it okay? At least the premise. Anyway, it did have a sequel but sequels are lame. In terms of adding innovation to a classic voting game, this one is right up there. Not a huge game, not a lot of mod effort, just a fun game.
- The Agenda, moderated by Blackberry
For all the smack I talk on Blackberry, he has some great ideas...when they finish. Anyway, the Agenda is another voting game, but each player was given two other players they had to eliminate to win. An interesting concept, and spawned four sequels (the last of which never finished). Again, a fun game and an excellent variation on a classic theme.
- SurvivorBots, moderated by Blackberry
Another excellent Blackberry game, this took the classic elements of Survivor and challenged players to submit a program to outwit the others. While it looks complicated at first, it's really not all that difficult, and generated so much interest that two games were run simultaneously. Had the sequel gotten off the ground, it could have been an excellent standby, but definitely an innovative game concept and something that should be recognized.

They're the Committee's guidelines, not mine. Unless something changed very recently it's games that end within the year that are eligible.(Mostly) on hiatus until further notice. Planet MafiaScum 2 will be modded by Inspi and JDGA - go check it out!-

It's not perfect, but I don't think it lends itself quite as much to "...in bed!" as the current one.-

1) By "judges," I assume he just meant those separate ones judging that category.
2) I assume that he's saying it has a sequel because it was popular, therefore it was a good game."I, too, would prefer to know the Xalxe of my demise." - Felissan, 2022

But maybe we were going for an 'in bed' connotation?are you thinking of me when you're with somebody else?-

However, the combination doesn't restrict the 'moment' to games only. Funniest Player often was more like Funniest Scummer.Retired as of October 2014.
