Do you think the reasoning behind me jumping on the LittleGrey wagon is invalid? If not, what was the point of this statement?
swankidelic wrote:I'm not sure I like Quilford's wall. I don't think his approach is effective, I'm not sure if looking at a person's iso granularly instead of holistically is useful. It appears that he's just rating posts on a scale of 1 to 5 and summing them up to produce a scum score or something. Looks fluffy
1) when did I even /mention/ ISOs?
2) how does it appear that I am rating posts and 'summing them up'?
3) have you read it? if so, how does it 'look fluffy'

People are still baw'ing about this?
Excuse me? It's called a catchup post, and I was expressing my opinion. What's with that reaction? <-- not a rhetorical question
swankidelic wrote:The way he gauges the scumminess of each individual post.

When is a gauge even mentioned? The comment in parentheses next to each opinion marks scummy or town-y posts
neil1113 wrote:It could just be that he's learning and maturing through the game of Mafia, and is figuring out new tactics and ways to play that would make his effort more effective while playing. I don't think it'd be fair to attribute a new playing style that someone brings to the game, due to scumminess (or lack of).
this so comes from scum
neil1113 wrote:Quilford didn't make any scum-hunting points, or any points at all actually. He simply posted his reactions and responses. There were no cases made, no points delivered, and no facts stated.
lolwut
explain please
I'm pretty sure that post contained cases and points as to why certain people were scummy and certain people were town; it just wasn't done in the typical manner of "write a massive paragraph about each individual player"
Amrun wrote:I was reflecting YOUR "floating statement."
You were anxious for what everyone thought about your wallpost, which was just your reactions to things, not a case on anyone. It is an action more likely to come from scum concerned with how townie they appear.
I don't think I've ever played a game as scum with you.
And what conclusions do you think I am leaping to?
holy shit, seriously?
You are leaping to the conclusion that me asking what people think of the post means I am concerned as to how I look.
I am asking what people thought of the post because I want to know whether the points I made are invalid or valid.
Amrun and zMuffin, I asked you both questions in my catch up post. Answer them.-

You're not on the LittleGrey wagon, yes, but Amrun and Swank are and I want to hear their responses to my previous post before I feel comfortable voting Grey again.-

Quilford, I believe I already answered everything. Please re-quote the questions you want answers.
As for the "leap," that is an opinion you will never agree with. Even when scum do it, it's more of a subconscious thing. I didn't expect you to go LOLYUP.-

It disappoints me that my first flavour is a replacement one. Oh well, I'll put part of the lynch story into this one.
The discussions came to a close fairly quickly. I say "discussions", but it progressed to an argument within seconds. Traitors always had that effect on people... it's funny, how humans will so willingly let each other die if it benefits themselves. These people were talking about lynching - LYNCHING - people who had been their friends for many years. The way the human mind works is truly amazing, an impossibly complex machine. The hilarity of it being the most complex, ingenious machine in the entire universe is given to every single idiot that ever lives, thinking they control it. They couldn't be more wrong; it controls them.
jakesh was the first to be driven insane, as such. He had some degree of control over his own mind. He sat in a corner, unable to move, unable to talk. That ruined everything. The others grew impatient, and cried out for him to talk, show some signs of humanity.
Suddenly, everything went dark. There was a shout out and then a small, pathetic yelp. People looked around trying to find out what happened. When faced with the unknown, all prior knowledge practically disappears.
The lights suddenly came back on and a man stood in the middle of the rectangular room. Everyone stared at him. No one had even noticed jakesh was gone. The man opened his mouth to speak, and simply said three words.
"I am Pacman."
evilpacman18 replaces jakesh97! Say hello! And as for the story, idk, I wanted to do a silly one but it didn't quite work that way xDOlinea: IF WE HAVE ANOTHER PROTECTIVE ROLE YOU NEED TO BE SO FAR UP MRBUMP'S ASS YOU CAN SMELL WHAT HE HAD FOR BREAKFAST-

Look at this:
Quilford wrote:#173: DarkFlashlight beats the dead horse's zombie (scumtell)
Quilford wrote:#192: DarkFlashlight makes the case that Glowball hasn't been reading the thread, but misses all the posts that indicate neil also hasn't being doing so... (scumtell)
Beating the dead horses's zombie was over trying to make Glowball read the plan. In order to show that it was in fact necessary, I had to point out that Glowball HADN'T read the thread, and thus hadn't read the plan. That nullifies the scumread on #173, since it was repetitive, but #174 was when she said she had read andfrom then onit would've been unnecessary. I pointed that out in #192, because for some reason Glowball thought I was scum for not being able to predict that she would have read the thread by her next post. Saying Glowball hadn't read the thread had nothing to do with that post (#192). It meant that she had no point with her post of:
glowball wrote:Hey DarkScum... keep up and stop quoting things that are no longer relevant. Yes, I went through saying I wouldn't re read but I have conceded defeat if this is how you've all decided to go... and I've read what everyone has written since I came back from V/LA.
...As far as you painting me to be scummy...I'm apprehensive there is a difference, but wouldn't you love it if people thought I was scum.
I'm gonna rant for even longer, because I found something else.
#192 wasn't even saying that Glowball hadn't read the thread, that's a flatout lie. It was saying I had no way of knowing she had read it before post #174. You mention that I didn't say anything about Neil not reading the thread. First of all, why I would I have, Neil clearly understood the plan and read it, that was the whole reason I ever got into that scuffle with Glowball. Second, even if it would've been relevant to mention in that post, which it wasn't, Neil's only post concerning not reading the thread was #203. 203 comes after 192. How the hell would I have said that he hadn't read before he said he hadn't read? I don't even understand how you did that. Surely you didn't read the thread backwards, so you would've had to have intentionally done it. I want an explanation to that.
