For the record, if someone scummy is about to be lynched, said person should not a) Name claim or b) Claim spells that they have. I'm thinking that the claim procedure should be that the person either a) Says if they are a PR and if they think they are powerful or b) Say how many spells/abilities/items/other shit that I'm missing that they have.

The way I've read the rules you can only send in an action either D1 or N1 and it's far more optimal to send it in N1 after a flip occurs therefore I don't see the need to have a delayed time-period to send in actions near the end of the day.

There seems to be a confusion regarding abilities. First, let's clarify that a PHASE consist of either a Day or a Night. A CYCLE consists of both a Day and a Night. So, you can send an action during the day and another one during the night. Day actions can be sent during the whole course of the day, or during the small period of twilight. You can change your ability once you submitted, however, if you change it like changing underwear, I'm going to get bored of it and penalise you some way or another.
