I doubt you'll complete you're mini normal before your newbie game starts. You are allowed to play 4 minis games (you can split that number between theme'd and normal), and unlimited Open/large games but until you've completed 2 games on site, you can only sign up to 1 newbie game after one game you can replace into as many newbie games as you can handle.
I wouldn't recommend going overboard with signups though.
