cruelty finally uses his 1-Shot Vigilante ability; he hits town, but one that the scum are seeing as an easier mislynch. Good shot, IMHO.
Although torn, Fate continues to watch AlmasterGM . . . I thought early in the night phase that this might result in another caught scum.
d3x points out that Budja is probably the most difficult mislynch after AlmasterGM; Porkens agrees . . . and so he dies. I think this is the correct play.

Day 4

AlmasterGM's, "Don't protect me." doesn't bring as much discussion as I thought it might.
Traitor on No Lynch and other scum not voting.

Fate watches Porkens.

Day 5

Mass claim occurs. I've been interested in seeing how this will play out.
d3x claims with a name . . . and is called on it.
AlmasterGM's full claim is questioned (for the "I have" then "don't have a name" and actions) . . . this could be interesting tomorrow.

Night 5

Porkens has made the correct choice: Fate . . . the last threat to discovering him via night actions . . . but then changes to a no kill, an interesting risk/reward gambit.
AlmasterGM chooses the wrong person to roleblock in RedCoyote . . . a mute point or misleading?
Fate's choice of Porkens doesn't matter at this point.

Day 6

MyLo again . . . and Porkens comes out aggressively. Fate also throws a vote. (No concern for situation?)
Game over.

I assumed a Watch would see someone target themselves

A watcher sees other players who visit the target. If you can point me to an example where Fate watching AlmasterGM would have received the result of "AlmasterGM" I'd be interested in knowing why the moderator interpreted the role that way. (Perhaps a MD topic already exists?)

I hadn't thought through the situation . . . that was all jotted down when I had a chance throughout the game. Porkens made the best choice.

It turns out I was rather prescient in regards to claims with d3x getting lynched due to the scum team's lack of knowledge

It was a lack of knowledge for all players. I was very interested in how a mass claim (or even individual claims) would turn out. Knowing that some of y'all were actually fans of (or at least knowledgeable about) the book, I figured that someone would try to put a name to their role.

average modding (when half the players in the game end up on your "graylist" maybe you need to re-think your ruleset)

The rules were an integral part of reducing the breakability of the game. The "No BaH post" rule is not unheard of; the "No quoting PMs" is very standard.

I'm frankly astonished you had two

players quoting the role PM.

So was I! Since one was in thread during LyLo with the players not focusing on the infraction (it seemed the game was still honest) and the other in the QT seemed to be erased before the partner saw it, I decided to let them play out.

Also, talking in the QT after death should be a game-losing offense (post-mortem modkill).

Did you see the infraction? It didn't seem

intentioned

to provide an advantage, so I also let that play.

I know . . . I made a judgment call . . . hoped for the best . . . thankfully it didn't ruin the game.
