I'll be honest; I don't really see the case on Vi, here.

I don't have a problem with his public role speculation.

I've self-hammered as town PR because I was pissy.
Way to half-heartedly leap on the wagon, Porkens.

I think Vi was scum hoping I'd be an easy day2 mislynch, and after I claimed neighbour Vi's plan turned to custard. Since then Vi's looked less like someone scumhunting than like scum trying to find a better plan.

Interesting also to notice Vi's change from iso 101 to iso 107 re. godfather.

Offering to self-hammer is not the same as actually self-hammering which is almost always anti-town, but I agree with sigma that at best it's a null tell.

I'm happy to hammer.

Scummy question on at least three levels.

This is the correct question, TBH. Porkens, what's up with your "I don't see the case on Vi" + "let's get this on the road Vote: Vi"?

While in a sense that IS true, most of the time we try to avoid lynching people who you don't expect to flip scum~

To answer your next question, I will admit that my gambit was made of accepting the inevitable and getting it over with before a time when I wouldn't have been able to put much time/effort into this game (now). I'm disappointed more people didn't post in that interval tbh, but etc. And behold and lo, I didn't have to self-hammer at all~

And part of why I went into accepting the inevitable was because if all of those conversations are unaltered, they all sound Town to me, so the choice became
1) Lynch the Cop-investigated innocent I've been bothered by all game
2) Lynch me
3) Lynch some random person I don't really believe is scum

FOS imaginality for calling Porken's question scummy. Getting dying player's last thoughts isn't scummy. Calling confirmed town scummy is scummy.

sigma looks around at the shrinking town, his voice drowned out by the droning of support for lynching Vi. It isn't long before Porkens and imaginality make up their minds, creating a majority and sealing the town's fate for another day. The Sun sets much earlier than yesterday, and Vi is taken, without much resistance, towards the noose. "Don't remember me for this one," are Vi's dramatic final words as the floor is dropped from underneath. charter upstages the Colonel with a smug satisfaction, knowing that the right choice was made. He runs up the steps and immediately sees something shiny in Vi's pocket. "The gun," he begins, "is right here!" When he reaches for the object, however, he comes up only with a pocket watch, decorated with Bill Watterson's lovable cartoon characters Calvin & Hobbes. "wow, guys" is all Cruciare can muster, as charter searches in vain for some sort of clue. It's useless though, because Vi was a
Vanilla Townie
. Before the town heads for bed, they head out to Lynchem Cemetery and bury Vi next to pops.

"Colonel Cathart!"

There was no answer. Porkens walked into Col.Cathart's office. Being the
Town Cop
, the Colonel was working on cases on some of the town members. Porkens saw his picture on the wall next to DeathRowKitty, both of their pictures were set to the right of everyone else's picture, but someone was missing from the board. As more of the town members started to show up, the Sun began to shine through the slits in the office blinds. The Colonel's head, illuminated and lifeless, had collapsed on his desk. "That's me," Sotty said as she pointed to her picture on his desk. It looked like the Colonel was in the middle of an investigation... but his results, if he came to any, were no where to be found. Was Sotty scum? What about Porkens? sigma? imaginality?

Whatever secrets Col.Cathart knew, he has taken to his grave.

Few things. First, we have six people, so it could normally make sense to no lynch, but I assume scum would kill Porkens tonight, so no lynching really won't accomplish anything, since I doubt we have another investigative role.

Second, my Vi-Cruciare theory got shot to hell with Vi not actually being scum. I need to reread some, but I'm thinking we may just have one scumbag left, and I'm thinking it's probably imaginality.

I stated this at the beginning of D3:
I think one of imaginality or vi is scum. Of those two, I find imaginality by far to be more likely scum.
This opinion hasn't changed.

Since we're still playing, we can rule out 3 scum left (not that this was ever very likely). If there are 2 scum left we're in MyLo, so no imaginality vote until the entire town checks in and we talk some more.

No lynching makes most sense today. Even if it's Porkens who is night-killed, that still helps us narrow down who the scum is/are because at the moment there is still a possibility he is godfather.

Still, we shouldn't rush to a no-lynch, discussion is useful.

At the moment I am pretty sure sigma is either the, or one of the remaining scum. If there are two scum left I am leaning to charter as the second one. I feel fairly confident Cruciare is town and still reasonably confident Sotty is town too.

@Porkens, Charter: I kinda want you two to claim. Or at least tell me that considering the setup so far and your roles, is it more likely that we have two scum left or one?

I'm a villager, as I implied during the DRK situation.

Like I said, I'm starting to suspect just one scum left, since three scum plus a survivor = four scum, which is pretty tough against the town.
