Guys ! The cops are closing in! (1 in 5 chance they'll get us tomorrow) and there's only an avg 7 grand apiece for us left. I say we make for the hills. Who's with me?

Round 4:

With the cops so close, you all make your decisions with a quickness…mathcam and gslamm decide that the hideout is too hot and they take a powder with what they’ve got.

“What the hell? If they’re just gonna leave all this perfectly good money sitting on the table, I’ll take $13,997,” rite says…greedy bastard. He’s sent packing with just $61,988.

Stewie decides he can make due with $9,988 this time and Kerplunk’s happy with $6,999.

Too bad the cops shook a 3 – and they don’t allow attaches full of cash in the slammer.

FINAL:
  • Stewie & Kerplunk – cooling their heels in lock-up

  • Yanqush...$0
  • Fishbulb......$43,500
  • PBuG............$50,000
  • rite.................$61,988
  • Thoth................$83,886
  • rOver..................$134,297
  • gslamm.................$141,844
  • mathcam.................$166,800
Nice game! We were actually heading into a round 5 if it weren’t for those pigs!

Please do...rules are on the first page. Actually, we went through several rule lists and this is the final:
gslamm wrote:Picture everyone sitting around a table in a safehouse. They write their bids on paper and then reveal them simultaneously. The greediest is forced to leave with only half his share. Others who choose to leave with him taking all their money. When the cops find the hideout
everyone who hasn't left is caught.
Heres the order of actions:
  • Players secretly bid how much to take.
  • The player who submits the highest take forfeits half his money and leaves.
  • If there is a tie
    for the highest amount
    both players forfiet and leave.
  • The players who submitted $0 leave
  • The remaining players recieve their bid amounts. Smallest to highest until all done or the pot is gone.
  • If there is only one player left they take all the remaining pot and leave.
  • The cop dice is rolled. If it is equal to or less than the round number
ALL players who have not left are captured and score $0

  • If there is any remaining money in the pot the next round begins with the players who have not left.
Just get your request in to mathcam by Monday afternoon & you're in! And that goes for
anyone
who wants to get in on Game 4.

Round 1 Results
:

It's a flurry around the table...each grabs what they can carry and hauls it back to their corner. When the dust settles, the amounts are tallied. Kerplunk requests a reasonable and moderate $99,990, where as outlandish Stewie outrageously requests a full $99,995, thereby earning him the title of "This Round's Greediest Participant." He leaves with as much as he came in with.

Round 1 Standings (Bold indicates final amount):
  • $99,990 - Kerplunk
  • $97,998 - Rite
  • $97,989 - Totem
  • $97,579 - Fishbulb
  • $97,444 - gslamm
  • $97,200 - rOver
  • $94,000 - Shadyforce
  • $89,998 - Yanqush
  • $84,898 - MeMe
  • $75,000 - Norinel
  • $00,000 - Stewie
Amount remaining: A paltry $67,904. Good divyin'-up on that first found. Round 2 commences!

Deadline Thursdayish.

A paltry $67,904 goes 10 ways just short of 7 grand apiece. Hmmm. Time to get out? Maybe one more round.

Final Results
:
Totem Wins!!!!!

What an exciting round. With about 65,000 in the pot and 125,000 worth of requests, you knew
someone
had to be way screwed. Fishbulb, rOver, and rite get nothing, and Norinel gets only 2/3 of what he requested. Moreover, due to his excessive greediness, Fishbulb gets jacked of half of his current money. Supermoreover, I jacked another $.50 due to rounding. A little somefin' somefin' for my own hard work.

All in all, I'd say Totem did a hell of a job weaseling his way to the top.

Round 2 Submissions
:
Fishbulb: 23,432
rOver: 17,620.
Rite: 14,993
Norinel: 14,885
MeMe: 14,800
Totem: 12,877
Yanqush: 9,999
Kerplunk: 9,990
Gslamm: 7,000
Shadyforce: 3,800

Final Standings:
  • $110,866 - Totem

  • $109,980 - Kerplunk
  • $104,444 - gslamm
  • $99,997 - Yanqush
  • $99,698 - MeMe
  • $97,998 - Rite
  • $97,800 - Shadyforce
  • $97,200 - rOver
  • $84,438 - Norinel
  • $48,789 - Fishbulb
  • $00,000 - Stewie
Cops rolled a 15.

So what are you two trying to say?

*whistles obliviously*

Alright alright. One slight problem, I don't fully grasp all of the rules, I've just been stumbling my way through the games. :) However, I will try to find where the rules were explicitly stated in this thread and figure them out.

Send away!
