1. What good do you think Thesp has done for the town?
2. I contend that Thesp's town read on Wicked is unjustified. Unspoken was my belief that his vote on Dark was therefore unjustified. Agree or disagree?
2. Agree. I never said I agreed with his choice of analysis, but it's better than nothing. Same for Mitey, I don't agree with her analysis (which is coming now that she's town), but it's better than wicked's circular defending of himself.
One more observation: At the end of the day yesterday, Thesp left his vote on a player that had no chance of being lynched (Mitey). Today, he seems to be doing the same (Dark). Opinion on this?

It could be read two ways. One is refusing to follow the bandwagon and sticking to your vote. The other is trying to remain cautious and not hammer someone as scum. Seeing how Thesp is our IC and I'm sure he's browsed the wiki enough to read this article, I'm leaning towards the former.Papa Zito wrote:

So if his partner was you or Thesp then he'd put you in the group of people that he didn't suspect, but not in the group of useful people? You two have been very useful, so that would be pretty wierd."You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. -Wayne Gretzky"

Wicked...the IC is an "Inexperienced Challenged" player. Basically, it is an experienced person that is here to help the newer players learn the basics of the game.
The yellow table has nothing to do with my read on Papa. I have made it pretty clear that Papa is one of my top 2 suspects....The more I see, the less I know
The more I'd like to let it go.-

Ah good. Do you see why this is beneficial?Wickedestjr wrote:

It all depends on what the purpose was. Townies pursue information to solidify reads. Scum pursue information to appear townie and to generate dirt to push townie bandwagons. When you tell me you were gathering information on two players that you don't have on your scumlist, it makes me wonder which of the two you're doing.Wickedestjr wrote:To gather more information, as I should be doing, yes?
Most likely yes, he'd have put us in the neutral category if one of us were his partners. There are no hard and fast rules in Mafia though.Wickedestjr wrote:

Now I do.

For now I think I will vote Thesp.Vote: Thesp
I realized something that I found suspicious about Thesp.
If he is scum then he knows that everybody else is innocent. Earlier he defended me. His reason however, was very weak. I am also getting the impression that he knows I am going to get lynched today. If I did, that would probably make him look good, because I would appear innocent, like he had predicted. I think he knows this. So that is why I am voting him. It may be a weak reason in some people's opinions, but he is a very experienced player, and we are probably not going to find much suspicious about him.
I would like to hear what other players have to say about this."You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. -Wayne Gretzky"

I don't think it's a weak reason at all - I think quite the opposite! I'd vote for you in a heartbeat if not for the fact that your claim looks like you're readin off your role PM, which is pretty strong to me. I think (suspicions based on game state) > (suspicions based on social interaction).Wickedestjr wrote:Earlier he defended me. Umm.. @Thesp (Oh dear IC, I'm utilizing you): Wouldn't this be WIFOM? Like "Why would scum attack/vote the person defending them?" The whole thing still confuses me a bit, so this would be helpful.Wickedestjr wrote:For now I think I will vote Thesp.Vote: Thesp

This is a very weird analysis either way. It confuses me, really. I don't know what to make of it other than maybe a last ditch effort by scum to get attention off of him?-
