Nooo...my main reason for why I would back an Empking lynch is because his game is so consistently ambiguous that determining his scum play from his town play is impossible and that's why it's easier for the town to get rid of him early in the game.Sironigous wrote:
So.. that's uselessness/confusion, right?Anyways no we do not all have the same reasons for an Empking lynch I already gave my main reason for wanting to lynch him which is displayed in my quoted post above.ShowRECORD

To be, or not to be? That is the question—
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And, by opposing, end them? To die, to sleep—
No more—and by a sleep to say we end
The heartache and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to—'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wished! To die, to sleep.
To sleep, perchance to dream—ay, there's the rub,
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause. There's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life.(Ham.3.1.58-71)

@Mod: Can you prod Zwet about this game. I know it hasn't been very long, but he's a very frequent poster in all games and since he said he's in 17 games, I wouldn't be surprised if he forgot about this one."You say that all my posts are stupid like a motherf***ing SOB. I'm sick and tired of your constant BS." - Zwet to me.

No, tdc just said that despite his playstyle he still has the same chance of being scum as any one of us. I find it interesting that you used that phrase.dejkha wrote:
I'm not calling him a useless townie, but it appears that TDC thinks he is, which is why he's against Emp's lynch.ThAdmiral wrote:Are you calling emp a "useless townie"? If so how do you know he's a townie?

That's not what I got out of it. Either way, don't be interested that I said "townie", it's a common mistake since it's not often people will refer to everyone as "villager" or something like that, so it's rarely a tell. I'll refer to everyone as a townie until it's confirmed that they're something else.ThAdmiral wrote:No, tdc just said that despite his playstyle he still has the same chance of being scum as any one of us. Oh yes...
1. Saying Emp has a good point is an oxymoron.ThAdmiral wrote:

Hewitt: How easy do you find reading someone who doesn't scum hunt and only want policy lynches?
2. How do you expect me to do much scumhunting at all when Emp hijacks every game he's in? I like how you agree with his obvious over exaggeration of how much I want policy lynches.
I don't have much on you now, but I have a very bad feeling about you by that posted alone."You say that all my posts are stupid like a motherf***ing SOB. I'm sick and tired of your constant BS." - Zwet to me.

When you bypass his scumminess and claim to have no read on him as see that as thinking someones more likely town."You say that all my posts are stupid like a motherf***ing SOB. I'm sick and tired of your constant BS." - Zwet to me.

I'm done trying to read him. If he doesn't want to adjust his scummy play, then I'll gladly lynch him. If someone else appears scummier then I'll switch my vote, but I doubt that'll happen when all anyone is talking about is Emp.TDC wrote:You think he's more likely to be scum in this game than chance would have it?
I said 2 people were policy lynches, which they are. Emp, at the very least, is and just because he posts, that doesn't make him better than Grimmy. That's not the same as "only wanting policy lynches" as you agreed with.ThAdmiral wrote:You do really want policy lynches."You say that all my posts are stupid like a motherf***ing SOB. So: No you don't think he's more likely to be scum in this game than chance would have it.dejkha wrote:

In other words: You have no read on him.
What, then, am I bypassing, and how does me having the same opinion regarding his alignment (though different opinion with regard to having him policy lynched) imply I think "he's more likely town"?When you bypass his scumminess and claim to have no read on him as see that as thinking someones more likely town.-

Distracting and confusing town, OMGUS voting (it's Emp, so I don't need to read the thread to know it's there, but I'm sure I could find an example), misrepresenting others positions on certain matters and claiming so many things are scum tells possibly to get attention of him. The fact that you bypass these scummy actions implies that you think he's town. Because I highly doubt you're gonna ignore all those and think he's scum.TDC wrote:What, then, am I bypassing, and how does me having the same opinion regarding his alignment (though different opinion with regard to having him policy lynched) imply I think "he's more likely town"?"You say that all my posts are stupid like a motherf***ing SOB.
