In all seriousness, malthusis has made scum tell. He joined the vollkan bandwagon while giving a random vote reason.elvis_knits wrote:malthusis wrote:Vote: vollkanfor modding AA mafia, which was a great game!unvote, vote malthusis
Joins rival bandwagon and pretends it's a random vote.Talk nerdy to me.

I'm not sure what you're asking me.
I am serious when I say that malthusis made a scum tell by joining a bandwagon while giving a random vote reason.
In my mind, malthusis is the only person who has done anything concretely scummy.Talk nerdy to me.

I am terrified about your vote. Since you are scum, I know that your vote is only going to be used to advance your sinister agenda.Korts wrote: also, you're obviously scared about my vote. Did I hit a nerve, scum?
Weird, I can't read the end of that sentence. All I can see is an ellipsis. Maybe you could try again - "either way" what?Charter wrote: She's either scum or lying. Either way...
So, you not only make NO comment about EK claiming scum, but you also join a lame alternative wagon. Why? Are you frightened of wagoning Korts?malthusis wrote:Vote: vollkanfor modding AA mafia, which was a great game!-

If you think voting on a "random vote reason" is scummy, it follows that you also think there are better reasons than joke ones for voting. My question was whether this reflects your thoughts, and if so, examples would be dandy.elvis_knits wrote:I'm not sure what you're asking me.

elvis didn't give reason to vote me other than "DIE", so I assumed I was on the right track about you. Ever heard of Chainsaw defense?vollkan wrote:At least when I make a OMGUS, I have the guts to vote.
BTW I see you did the same to charter as I did to elvis. If you think my action was scummy, what is your justification?scumchat never die-

I don't think voting with a random vote reason is scummy. Joke voting, random voting... that doesn't bother me. But voting with a random vote reason ONTO A BANDWAGON is scummy.Korts wrote:

It's like he's ignoring the fact that he's joining a bandwagon. He's hopping on the bandwagon but trying not to take responsibility for it. So that later, if we look at the people on the bandwagon he can say his was not a bandwagon vote, but just a random. But I don't think you can honestly call it a random vote when your vote is part of a bandwagon.Talk nerdy to me.

This is the initial post, Skander. See how he threatens me with his vote to help me "change my mind"? The obviously false evidence I presented should be no immediate threat to him, yet he defends himself like being scum in a previous game is a serious case against him.vollkan wrote:

Yeah, he is perceiving nothing as attacks. Comes from scum a LOT. My vote is definately serious.Skander wrote:What is the scum reaction that Volkan made in his first post? I've read it over 3 times and I can't see it.
And is everyone voting for Volkan voting seriously?
@Elvis, I dunno, I don't really see it like that. He was what, the third or fourth vote? If he'd been the fifth or sixth I'd definately agree, but I don't see how what he did is really that scummy.-

Charter, both these things were posted before malthusis voted:

There may not have been 5-6 votes on vollkan at the moment, but there was a general consensus that a bandwagon was forming.neko wrote:vote:vollkan

God you people are nuts. I love you all.
Elvis obvious joke comments made if you read the queue line at all.
DGB's weird vote on malth saying EK should know. Well how about sharing with the rest of the class.
Skanders: Welcome to the chaos. Your reaction is interesting. So interesting that if volk does flip scum I would vote you next.

I see the merit of random bandwagons... gets things moving and possibly see people acting oddly in reaction to it.neko2086 wrote:Hmm. EK, do you not see any possible merit in a random bandwagon?
But the reason I don't like mal's vote has nothing to do with random bandwagoning. If mal had posted "bandwagon go! vote vollkan," I wouldn't have thought that was suspicious. It's that he's joining the bandwagon while making no mention of it, and giving a random vote reason as if vollkan has no votes on him. He's ignoring the implication of his vote, and joining a bandwagon without acknowledging it.Talk nerdy to me.

I now understand the Volkan argument but I'm happier with Malthusis. I dislike how fast the volkan wagon grew.
Unvote, Vote Malthusis
Elvis is right, scum have particular voting habits.
When they're bussing a scumbuddy they make it well known that they were voting them but when they vote innocent townies they tend to want an out or plausible deniability so that when the lynch goes awry it isn't traced back to them.
Malthusis voting Volkan randomly after the "rival bandwagon" comment means it's doubtful that it really is random.
Thanks for the welcome.farside22 wrote:God you people are nuts. I love you all.

I don't like the word "interesting". It is very easy to hide behind. What exactly about my reaction do you find so interesting that you would me vote me if volk flips scum?
I also want clarification on DGB's EK comment.-

The above is a weird reaction to BW votes. I see people who panic with votes that are being voted against but not something like this. It's like a protective action on someone for no reason.Skander wrote:What is the scum reaction that Volkan made in his first post? I've read it over 3 times and I can't see it.

Well that would explain it. In the site I play on (MTGSalvation) random BW's are heavily frowned upon. I rarely see anyone get to closer than L-4 or L-3 without someone commenting about a wagon in the random stage and pointing fingers.farside22 wrote:
