Going off past experience, those sorts of townslips tend to be real, but it's definitely fakeable.

I agree. Hu Tao also town slipped somewhat in Mini Normal 2313 which makes me even more inclined to believe it's real

Okay I'm just going to claim. I'm a one shot lightning rod. So everyone last night was forced to target me. So scum was forced to target me.
