Give your specialist a name, three traits, and a drawback. I recommend one of the traits involve a weapon of some sort. Traits start with two points each, and you have 5 points to distribute wherever you like. The drawback stays at one point. Make sure there's a description in there somewhere.
In Wushu you start out badass and sexy, and you stay that way. Characters look like this:
Action scenes look like this:
With lightning-fast reflexes, Michiko leaps to the ceiling and grabs onto the rafters just as the gang of pointless NPCs kicks open the door. After a few seconds of watching their confusion, she lets out a quiet, cold chuckle and draws her daggers, plunging them into two thugs at once.
Sneakiness must hit 5 or lower, while dagger moves must hit 4 or lower:

The initial scene looks like this:
After months working in the dead-end office job, you're about to flip out on your bumbling boss and unleash some fine martial arts. But just as you're readying your weapons, you get a call from
upstairs
. Nobody ever gets a call from upstairs. They aren't even human up there. You pick up the phone and a soft, clipped voice answers. When you hear what the voice has to say, you almost drop the handset.
"We'd like to see you about your recent performance review."
You put down the phone and trudge over to the elevator, envisioning what they might have to say. The prospect doesn't look very good.

Joe exits the elevator, sadly. He knew what he wa sin for, punishment, and lots of it. When he looked though, there was lots of food! He did something good, apparently. He sat down and ate, stomach bulging out in front of him. After a while he exploded, leaving his shirt wide open.

Stewart walked along the corridor. His hair rippled in the artificial wind as row after row of colleagues started asking questions. "How do you make the computer turn on?" "Why has it break?" "I can has IT help?" They were endless. Stewart brike into a run. He could not take it anymore! He yelled and speedily slammed the elevator button while shielding himself from the neverending onslaught of questions. Finally the door opened, and Stewart stumbled in. He nearly fell, only to be caught by Middle Management (who is not Maxwell). "Are you alright?" he asks. Stewart responds: "I'm okay, thanks." An awkward silence pervades among the stale air. The other occupant turns toward Stewart.
"So, how do you go on the web?"
Stewart started to sweat. There was going to be carnage. He went to work on the elevator computer system, oblivious to the man standing behind.
Anikan stood up from his chair. He knew that it was probably going to be a bad idea to answer the call, but he went anyway. If it went okay, he would take the rest of the day off. Just in case, he watched his back on the way to the elevator.

47 flips out. "What!! Why Do they want to do MY performance review?" He thinks out loud.
"Maybe they want to eliminate me, maybe something to do with that complaint i filed about that Broken Coffee Machine. Maybe THEY want me dead because of it. Well they messed with the wrong guy."
With his resolve for self-preservation strengthened, He packs his Lightsaber, and goes to the elevator, hiding behind the Potted plants from anyone present.
As he reaches the elevator, he senses a presence. Frantically pushing the elevator call button, he searches the vicinity. Just as the elevator arrives, he pushes his lightsaber into the dude coming towards him saying something like, "i'm your....".
The elevator door closes before he could finish, or die for that matter.

Agnes shoulders her (unsually large-shaped) purse and heads for the nearest elevator. After pressing the button, Agnes hears an interesting word fragment from the neighbouring office. It seems as if someone in the office said something like several new (...) being interviewed to replace... Agnes sneaks up to the open door, but just as she was near enough to listen closely the elevator bell rings. A nervous noise can be heard from inside, followed by steps, and then the office door slams shut.
Agnes enters the elevator, filled with unsatisfied curiousity. If only she knew what this had been about...

Rose happens to like elevators. Her sisters do too, unfortunately, but she's managed to communicate to them that this might be actually important and therefore they cannot accompany her ("Tomorrow we can elevator race, Marina, but this is about my performance review and - why don't you hang out with the cafeteria workers instead?").
She takes a deep breath as she pushes the up button.
Are they going to want something of her? She happens to have designs for a redesigned tape dispenser crumpled in her pocket. Nothing else. They probably won't care for
that
, she knows. It's imposible to read their minds. She might have brought along her research on those poisonous frogs . . .
47 gets impatient, then starts yelling at the elevator for taking too long in going up.
" Maybe they want to suffocate me in here" he thinks impatiently
