Regardless of who it is, when someone attacks someone on a personal level or for completely bullshit reasons, I'm going to say something. It could have been anyone here, Ether isn't special. Well, she is, but only outside this game.

Ether: Y'know what I think of her.
Green Crayons - Strawmans. A lot. Second scummiest. Strawmans arguments against Ether and also has Fuzzyman rush to his defence.
Simpor: A bit scummy but his defense is sound. The "fishing" seems minor but puts him above the rest of the town.
Corvuus corporate - A loyt of ant-town tells. Not many scum-tells though. He should be vigged but I don't want us to waste a day lynching him
Fuzzyman - Posted a lot - basicly neutral - slightly scummy. The fact that he resorts to Ad Hom is his main scummy behavior.
Tisp - No read.
Mizzy - Mostly neutral - seems more townie than scummy though. She defends Ether, but from the looks of the sig they're friends outside the game.
crywolf20084 - Not much of a read. Seems townie though.
q21 - Seems townie but I know he's good scum.
Aceagain Patrick - Hasn't posted that much but everything he has posted seems townie. If Ether is scum, I might reconsider but I don't want to make connections till I know the alignment

Thirdly, I've gotta say that I agree with corp on 407. There are many very excellent reasons to vote him, and I encourage you to do so, but that post is not one of them. In fact, I kinda took it as a prod of sorts.

Empking's case against me is also absolutely beyond my understanding; rather than deconstruct it, let's apply a bit of meta. Filter my posts in Pick Your Poison 3. These two posts in particular should be good examples of my rampant egotism.

This I was very suprised to see, Ether making an unvote. Why Ether? I can only see one reason for you to make an unvote ( after you die Simpor, die case) and that is to say at day 2 (when I will probably be dead) "hey, I was not totally sure about my case against Simpor. Look at my unvote! Why would I otherwise make an unvote?"

As much as I would enjoy seeing you dead, Patrick wants some extra daytime and I'm inclined to give it to him. Obviously if you're lynched I'll be taking credit regardless of your alignment or my physical place on the wagon. I think I made my sentiments extremely clear in the post you quoted.

For me, it was never really the defense that got to me, but rather the association in general.

I think that he's really come off as a neutral-to town character, with better posts than the average, and hasn't really done much to be suspicious of. I'm far from voting him, or giving him a serious investigation.

Alright. scratch that "sarcastic" remark. I'm nipping this in the bud.

I lied to get myself out of trouble when I posted that, and I should not have. I was never being sarcastic, and I do have somewhat of a suspicion towards Simpor. I have done this a couple times in previous games, and it detrimented the town in both. I am sorry for what I have done, and I now offer my explanation:

After further rereading, you are correct in that you had a decent variety of points against Simpor. Most of the happiness I gained from Simpor's response was the answering of my question. This afternoon, I intend to review whether it deserved that happiness. In fact, I believe that the other positives I gave on Simpor may just have been me trying to get an excuse to get back on the corporate train. I shouldn't have.
