Cops and Robbers Mafia

All was quiet inside the First RobsUBlind Bank. The bank patrons were happily going about their business and depositing hordes of money. Some were so far away in LaLaLand that they did not even notice the explosion at the front door and the masked men that entered. They were rudely awaken from their daydreams of sugar and spice and everything nice with bullets whizzing through the air, smashing 4th century chinese decorative vases and shattering giant tanks full of colorful fish. As fish flop around all over the floor, the robbers proceed to grab all the cash from behind the counter, taking hostages whenever they see a new person. Patrons make various cries for help "Call 911!", "Save my dog Fluffy!", and the bland "Help!" just to name a few. Unfortunately for them, the SWAT Team won't be able to make it to the bank for the next few days. They have all gone on vacation to Jamaica, where life is good, Ya Mon?
Thankfully, there is hope! The Robbers can not keep the hostages indefinately, lest the hostages rebel. Instead, they take off their typical black ski masks and jackets, hide the money where no one would ever think to look, and decide to fit in amongst the rest of the bank populus. Also handy, amongst the myriad of relics inside the bank, is a stand in the middle of the bank used for lynching people. Everyone in the bank agrees this will be useful in killing off the Robbers.
