I'm struggling to get a hard grasp on most of the players but jjh, Moongrass, and Not_Mafia as town I feel pretty good about; I've no such townpings on House, NK15, or really anyone else who has posted post-role-PMs, honestly.

mastina has gone straight in to her scum meta with her opening post.

My argument is not that T3 is town for calling mastina's post scummy. My argument is that House, given the context of FMFT having the thought that mastina's opening matches her scum meta as town, arguing that T3 arguing that mastina's post is scummy is scummy. I think T3 thinking mastina's opener is scummy is NAI.

Do you want this to get passed to Scum?? How can a Townie get rid of the Activated Strongman (so as to prevent it from being used by Scum) without using it themselves?? I still am strongly against claiming packs. It gives scum a lot of help since they can choose which pack they want to eliminate from the game by forcing that pack to be passed to the NK target. If they want they can also pass it to themselves to take a strong role away from town.

NDMATH has no reason to lie (unless some off the wall scum with Bingle). I have no reason to lie.

My point is that no one has a reason to lie right? Like wouldn't bingle have to pass to a teammate to avoid getting caught? And the teammate would then claim commute when they didn't have one and could easily get caught lying themself?

No. Bingle's deck likely has a commute in it fmpov.

The likely lie is that he didn't use an N1 commute. Rather, he took 1-shot activated ascetic N1. That would also make him immune to NDMATH'S check.

Bingle needs a reason that NDMATH didn't get a result on checking that doesn't require a roleblocker targeting NDMATH. The only options are commuter and ascetic. Both are 1 shot.

We have a guilty on House today and I suspect a guilty on Bingle tomorrow.

I investigated Bingle last night, claim.

I was untargetable.

Now is the point that we should claim any disproportionately scum oriented roles that were in our opening packs like commuter, multitasking, strongman, ascetic.

My pack had two commutes.

So it's a 1v1 between bingle/ndmath or bingle/titus on day 3.

I'm not reading all this. Occam's Razor people. Bingle picked ascetic or commuter to avoid investigation N1 and the gunsmith angle is a con to hide no second commuter in his deck.

I don't think this is a simpler explanation than if bingle is town

You receive a package that contains a 2-shot Doctor and a Mason ability. Someone claims they have 2 Strongman shots (and a RB shot to top it all). Would you still go for the Mason ability or would you support the elimination of the claimed Townie and pick the 2-shot Doctor instead?

I would not eliminate based off of what was claimed in the pack on day 1, and I assume most people would not as well.

I think packs being passed around is town sided in that it gives town info to work with or forces scum kills. Maybe this setup should be 15p with 4 scum?
