I'm going to start sign-ups for Elect the Executioner 4 while we wait to find out the previous 2 winners. Hopefully there is still a lot of interest in this game.
.
Round 2: Cybele killed by somewhat self/mostly explosive bodily mutilation caused by kloud1516.
Round 3: Orangepenguin beaten into paralysis by kloud1516 before drowning

Here are the rules:
Q: How many players?
A: Any odd amount will do.
Q: How do we play?
A: Each round, each player has 3 "voting points". He may give those points to other players, by posting give 1 point to <name>. You can't give points to yourself, and you can't sit on your points. You MUST give them to someone else within an alloted time-limit, or you're warned, and then modkilled. Once all points have been distributed, the player with the most points becomes the Executioner. He chooses to eliminate someone from the game, by posting execute <name>. Then, a new round will begin, with 1 less player.
Q: What is the proper way to give points?
A: Post in Bold, like this. I give __ points to ________.
Q: What's the length of a round?
A: The point-giving stage lasts a maximum of 10 days. (After that stage, if you have any points left, you're warned. Three days after you're warned, you will be modkilled). The execution deliberations last a maximum of 5 days (if the Executioner takes longer than that to decide, he's warned. Three days after he's warned, he will be modkilled).
Q: What happens when there are only 2 players left? How can an Executioner be chosen?
A: The players previously eliminated from the game become the jury. They vote for the winner.
Q: What happens at the end of the round, if two players are tied for points?
A: The other players in the game hold a vote to make one of the two an Executioner.
Q: What if this vote is tied too?
A: The player most recently executed casts the deciding vote.
Q: What if more than two players are tied for points?
A: The round will continue until one of those players decides to give a point to another player (thus making him the Executioner).
Q: So, basically it's a game of politics?
A: Well, duh.
You may not take back your points after you have given them. You may take back a vote after you have given it.

I trust Cybele more, especially since kloud wants to kill people who have gotten into the finals in previous games. Like me. Therefore, I want kloud to die.

I agree with dahill, but too many people disagree with us, I guess. My reasoning:
This game is a political game. Political games are all about alliances and backstabbing and other stuff like that. Removing alliances changes the game completely.
The secret voting also makes it hard to jump on bandwagons, which is fun. And I'm not sure if you want the mod to reveal the points (the votes) after a round is done. And I will mod next round.

Ok, that just freaked me out, and it wasn't the death scene..it was something you included in the death scene... and not the picture either... it just...
well...
that was both well-written and unwell-written... at least in the way I would act...

Ok, here is why:
A. I used throwing daggers (I was surprised you included the part about me using them, since they are my weapon of choice... although trying to learn how to use a dagger is REALLY hard... I want to learn though...)
B. Ummm... I'm not stupid enough to laugh... and I don't like spitting... neither would I not betray someone else if it would mean that I would die...
