only. As the engineer of this ship, when you search a room, you may find switches that other players cannot. You begin with a wrench (2 damage, melee) which you will probably never use for its intended purpose. You win when the crew regains control of the ship.

You are Madame Yang, Civilian Sadist. As you can see, you have begun with half health. This is because you have spent the last few hours in your stateroom throwing yourself against the furniture. Your psychological need to inflict pain means that you must attack someone during every action phase. If you do not, you will attack yourself. You begin the game with a whip that deals 1 damage in melee (it is very accurate). Have fun! You win by staying alive.

You are Blackmouse, Civilian Thief. After the authorities began seeking you out on Earth, you booked passage on the
Nomad
in an attempt to avoid danger. You begin the game with a Lockpick Kit. During the action phase, if you have this item in your inventory and are in the Main Corridor, you may attempt to open any locked room. Depending on the nature of the lock, you may need to do so multiple times to unlock the room. Nearby players might notice you, but they might not. Other than that, you are a normal civilian. You win by staying alive.

You boarded the ship knowing there would be a military detachment on board, and you had planned to firebomb their base of operations in Cargo Bay Alpha. It didn't work, but at the moment you don't mind because there are aliens around, and you're perfectly happy to see

eliminate the army scum. You begin the game with a Military Band Scanner, which reveals the locations of all military radios on the ship when used. You also have a Basic Pistol (3 damage, ranged). You win if all three military operatives are killed, but you apart from win conditions you are still considered a civilian.

All aliens have concealed claws which deal 3 damage in melee. You win when all civilians are dead.

You begin with a Mil4 Rifle, which does 5 ranged damage if it hits. Civilian lives are of no importance. You win when all aliens are dead.

You begin the game with a Military Radio, and while you have it in your inventory you can send PMs to any other member of the military detachment, who will receive the transmission via helmet speaker. You begin with a Minelayer, which can deploy up to three mines. Once deployed, the mines will hide themselves and can only be found (read "detonated") if someone searches the room. Civilian lives are of no importance. You win when all aliens are dead.
